I had a major problem with sewer lines backing up because of tree roots growning into sewer lines. I had three other plumbing companies give me prices and quotes. I knew I needed someone with expertise and experience to deal with the problem. The owner came out right away and assessed the situation. He had special tools and a camera and found and located the problem right away. Because of tree being planted around electrical wires, cable, gas, and water lines it was a danger zone. We needed an HVAC truck. Mac And Son took care of everything for me. He quoted me a fair price and tried to save me money on the overall expense. Excellent customer service. The owner has 35 years of experience and is an expert in the field. He goes over and beyond and it is evident that Kerry and his staff are true professionals. I only wish I would have called them first. Two of the other plumbing companies totally ripped me off! I highly recommend Mac And Son, Inc. Leslie Welch

Project: Find leak at the water meter and make the repair. MAC and Son Plumbing was fast and efficient. They were also very respectful. They came the day after I was contacted by them, assessed a simple problem and repaired it in the same visit. I will ask for them the next time I require plumbing services.

Kerry Mac and his team are fabulous, not only for their experience and knowledge but also for their human qualities. AC, Justin, and Arnold are excellent workers, respectful and careful with completing the work and the final cleaning of the intervention area. Kerry was conscientious about inspecting and determining the damage to correct, adjusting the costs so that it did not affect my pocket too much. They are also complemented by the control and communication of Heather, who coordinates the operation so that everything goes well. Good talk, good communication, and good work. Kerry, AC and Justin were AMAZING! They were PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS and very DEDICATED to their work. The categories listed do not adequately cover all the work that MAC and Son did for me. Because of the lay-out of my 20-year old house, I had a major drainage problem, coupled with an impending retaining wall failure. MAC and Son fixed the drainage problem that was destroying the retaining wall, re-profiled my front yard, opened-up a backyard area that was unusable, and built an outstanding combination stairway/drainage â step-downâ . This home is about to go on the market, and MAC and Son has definitely â raised the levelâ on both appearance, and more importantly the usability of this home and yard. In my opinion, MAC and Son is capable of Landscaping, drainage control, plumbing and most structural work. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

We had a bad water problem in our back yard. Five down spouts and runoff from our driveway was making a big mess at the bottom of a slopped area in our back yard. After looking at the area Kerry came up with an idea like a painter looks at a canvas!. He put in a French drain system, hauled in 7 dump trucks of soil and landscaped the entire area with sod and mulch. It is as different as night and day, very nice!!! He communicated well throughout the project, and made sure we knew what to expect and were in agreement on the outcome. We would definitely hire him again for any project.

I had a great experience with MAC and Son Plumbing. Kerry was very helpful and explained everything so I knew what was going on. They are punctual and excellent at communication. Kerry even voluntarily came down on the initial estimate after the job was done, because he wanted to be fair. We're already tackling another job. Would definitely recommend!

Did a great job. Maneuvered around trees so as not to hurt them, cleanup was done well, and they made sure that each step was explained and walked me through the project. Great to work with, would definitely hire them again.
