Excellence, Exceptional and Exceeds. Those three words describe my experience with Homevantage. I recently contracted with Michael McArthur and his Homevantage team to build a screened-in back patio from just a small concrete slab. I showed Michael pictures of what I had in mind without even seeing anything like it in person and boy did it pay off, my vision was brought to life. The craftsmanship was excellent, the customer service from beginning to end was exceptional and the end product exceeded my expectations. I am very happy and have received so many compliments on how beautiful my new addition is from everyone who has seen the completed project. It was an overall great experience and I would highly recommend using this company for any type of residential remodeling you are seeking because without a doubt I am very glad that I did. Thank you Michael, Pamela, Tyler and the rest of the team for all the great work on this project.

We recently hired Michael McArthur from HomeVantage for our basement finishing project, and we couldn't be happier with the results. We had a tree fall through our 2 year old home which caused serious damage. HomeVantage came highly recommended by family and our Realtor. While we waited for the insurance company, Michael was getting as many ducks in a row as possible. Soon as we had what we needed and said â goâ , Michael made sure everything moved quickly without sacrificing quality work. We sure have appreciated working with you. You have been so professional, thorough, and an excellent communicator. We really appreciate how understanding youâ ve been of the difficulty this tree incident has been , particularly around Christmas time. His crew did quality work and they were so efficient! It was unbelievably refreshing to have somebody doing the job that we could trust. We trusted his character and professional judgement.

Homevantage provided a thorough bid with all the information we needed to move forward with the project. They completed the project on time and on budget and were great at communicating and responding to questions. We are very happy with the quality of work and love the end result.

Just the whole experience was great. Replacing or remodeling can be stressful. Michael and his company was awesome.
