Jaime was very professional and attentive to what I was asking and made some suggestions on how the trees could be trimmed for their longevity, but not overbearing “I’m the tree expert and you’re not” suggestions. If I had a recommendation it would be to say that during the estimate mark the trees, either the customer or the tree removal company. We did have a small misunderstanding but as soon as I talked to Jaime on the phone, his guys were outside within a couple hours to fix it. I like that he cares that his customers are happy. Really, stop looking / price shopping here and call Greg / Little Bear Tree Service. His prices are great, he's extremely professional, and timely. We had that good of an experience with using him & his company.
(I should note - I realize this sounds like an overly glowing review. It's actually our real experience and we'd definitely hire them again. We've used other tree services in the past, and I was/still am just really impressed by Greg and his crew)
(Other side note - we did get them some cold waters/gatorades as it was a lot of work. They really appreciated it!! I'd suggest doing the same as it's hot out there! They did our work in late July!)
