We were given an estimate that was slightly higher than comparable. We selected because of the trust factor. When I mentioned to his workers, the next day he brought topsoil with a lot of wood particles and other stuff which is known to suffocate grass seed. Its been about 6 weeks now and the lawn is patchy because of the poor quality of the soil (stony and full of chips). I called to discuss it with him, he said he would return my call but he never did. Now I'm left trying to figure out how to fix it. On a positive note, they did come on time and workers were polite."
