Chris called to confirm our appointment, arrived at our home on time and provide a detailed estimate after walking our property. He took his time explaining exactly what to expect and estimate time to completion. There was no pressure and answered all questions. We were given an estimate that was slightly higher than comparable. We selected because of the trust factor. You cannot help but discern that they perform this labor-intensive task but for the love of trees and family. Once we agreed to the estimate, he started the job the next day. July 3. Once he started he realized that the job was bigger than he expected and would take an extra day. It's so rare to find quality workmanship but they have it and more. When I mentioned to his workers, the next day he brought topsoil with a lot of wood particles and other stuff which is known to suffocate grass seed. Its been about 6 weeks now and the lawn is patchy because of the poor quality of the soil (stony and full of chips). I called to discuss it with him, he said he would return my call but he never did. Now I'm left trying to figure out how to fix it. On a positive note, they did come on time and workers were polite."
