Great communication! Met with representative who was so informative about all the trees. Estimate extremely fair regarding a very tall very dead pine tree. Had a date, but an emergency arose (someone’s house had a tree on it), and they called and asked for a delay. Came yesterday, did not have to be home, all traces of two trees gone, yard is pristine. Excellent company and my go to for tree work from now on.

We recently used Atlanta Arbor to trim back some large branches on several mature trees close to our house. We had Ryan come to the house, assessing the situation, consulting us on our options and providing us a very reasonable and transparent estimate on the spot. We scheduled the service a couple of weeks later. The crew came on time in the morning and was finished in less than three hours as promised. What we liked best about their work is the fact that nothing in our yard or on our house was damaged. We have landscape lighting, light chains, water features, many little plants and an architectural fence close to the trees that they worked on. The crew worked with exceptional care and precision. This was our second experience with Atlanta Arbor. Earlier they took a large tree down in a challenging location with the same care and precision. Every single time we have been very impressed with the professionalism of Atlanta Arbor overall as a company. We highly recommend them for any tree care that you might have.

excellent job. having an arborist, Kyle, here was extremely helpful. He was able to determine which limbs if removed, would damage the tree. Great work crew. very polite, efficient and cleaned up after the work was finished.

This company was extremely professional. I wanted an arborist and not someone who just wants to remove trees. They kept me informed as to dates even with a busy schedule. The arborist, Ty, looked at every tree, educated me, and talked about alternatives if possible. We had to coordinate with the electric company for some of the tree removal--clear explanations and no problem with the drop down. The actual team was made up of 4 very capable men, they worked hard, no wasted motion, and my job was done in about 5 hours. They were here on time, worked, and cleaned up. It was a big job between 2 large trees to come down plus other deadwood to be cleared. I will use this company again. Thanks for the excellent service from the front office to the arborist to the tree removal team.

Wow - we were surprised by the professionalism, courtesy and efficiency of Atlanta Arbor. Ty came out to do the estimate and we had a written proposal the same day. The 4-man crew arrived early and got right to work, finishing the job in just a couple of hours. One of the trees was very tall and it was really impressive how they managed to make the limbs fall perfectly without hitting our fence or other trees nearby. When it came time to drop the huge trunk, they got their specialized trucks set up, cut the base, and maneuvered it to land in a perfect position. They then cut it into portions that would lay flat in the natural wooded area. We give Atlanta Arbor the absolute highest recommendation and will always use them for any tree work needed on our property.

Kyle was exceptionally tuned in to what I needed. He even went so far as to trim some tree limbs and hanging branches when coming to my home to give an estimate. The price was fair and affordable; it even included a senior discount. Although the scheduled date could have been sooner (2-3 weeks), I was very satisfied with their work. He even made a note to have the pieces of the tree trunk form a border in my yard. I am planning to have another estimate for my tree service and will report on my next experience with Atlanta Arbor.

Very happy with the work done by Atlanta Arbor. Rep Josh Bohannon was knowledgeable about trees and I was thrilled when he told me my beloved Dawn redwood would not have to come down. He was the only one of 4 quotes who offered to dispose of a large debris pile behind my woodshed, which tipped the scales in favor of his company. The crew arrived 30 minutes ahead of schedule and worked efficiently and safely to take down/prune several trees on my property, and did a good job cleaning up. Price was reasonable and on a par with the other quotes.

They were very responsive (came out the same day I called) to set up an estimate. The arborist took time to explain each tree in question and made recommendations on best treatment for each. Scheduling was smooth and timely. Work crew arrived on time and walked through scope of work before beginning. For trimming they asked about our preference for how much to trim back, especially around key areas next walkway and for tree symmetry. I worked from home that day to accommodate the work and crew was professional and not disruptive at all to my work. For final walk-through they explained the work done and left the yard clean. Very happy with the work done and customer experience.

I was looking for someone not just to remove trees, but for an Arborist that could help develop a plan for my yard and the health of the trees. Josh Bohannon and the Atlanta Arbor Team met those needs in spades. They were fantastic. Josh met with me and walked my yard reviewing the trees that we wanted removed and reviewing the health of other trees. With his knowledge/experience we were able to develop a plan to remove two large pine trees that over the last few storms had large limbs fall, plus identify other trees that were no longer healthy and needed to be removed. In addition we identified trees that needed to be trimmed to remove limbs for roof and driveway clearance or for their general health. Josh developed a very detail quote and plan of action with various options. His quote was actually less than a major tree company and included more work to be done. The actual crew that removed the trees and did the trimming were true experts. They were amazing to watch as they climbed the large trees and took them down limb by limb. The team was set up so that as one group removed limbs or cut down trees someone was always working to ensure the street in front of my house was clear so cars could pass and cleaned up debris in the yard as it occurred. I highly recommend Josh Bohannon and Atlanta Arbor.

Atlanta Arbor did a WONDERFUL job! They removed a giant hardwood that was very close to my house, along with a few smaller trees. The crew was on time and courteous. They worked fast and hard and were even done an hour early! My consultant, Ty, was amazing. He came out to quote the job and came back the day of. He made sure to see the job through from start to finish. I really can't say enough good things about this company.. they made a stressful project very easy! I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Team arrived on time, removed 5 trees, minimal damage to existing landscaping, observed their work and did operate in professional manner, process and procedures. Not the least expensive nor highest and has insurance coverage, workmans comp etc... Actually, have them scheduled for another job next week.

To begin, I have had $40,000+ of work done on my property over the past year and Atlanta Arbor gave me the best peace of mind of any of them. 1. They recommended to use a bobcat to move the trunk, whereas another competitor said a crane would be required due to my steep, aging driveway. I trusted Atlanta Arbor and was not disappointed. I made my concerns known to the crew onsite, and the driveway was came out near spotless at the end of the job - hardly a scratch! 2. To save money, a competitor mentioned that the cut pine sections could be rolled downhill into a woods area. When AA's certified arborist examined the struggling tree he found pine beetles (yes, I could see the holes), which could have infected the rest of the trees, so thankfully I did not. AA said to consider removing the tree next to it in case of beetles within, but I did not feel pressured to do so. 3. The area around the removed trees looked even better than before! Notice the undamaged grass and gravel areas. More notes: Estimator stayed in touch but was not pushy. Scheduling was done via email. The start time had to be pushed back a few hours due to another incident in the area after a storm, but they let me know the day before. With a bulk discount the price was the lowest of 3 quotes; about 40% less than one competitor. 1750$ per big tree removed. One pine was leaning over the house. They roped the branches and caught them pendulum-style before they could smash into the side. One 8 ft branch did swing back and nick the edge of roof, which is my one complaint from the job, but there was no damage.

I can't say enough good things about Atlanta Arbor. They were out the next day, clearing my driveway and roof and putting up those infamous blue tarps. They left the bulk of the work behind (understandable, because they had other customers with holes in the roof). True to their word, they showed up a few days later to clear the rest of the mess in my yard. Both days, they were as busy as beavers in my yard and there was not a single slacker on the job site. I would happily recommend them to anyone.

it went well. charged $500 to cut a large poplar tree in backyard which was reasonable price. $150 each for pruning maple trees in front which was slightly high. $75 for two stump grinding which was very reasonable. Josh was very responsive and performed work to my satisfaction. Only small issue was they charge extra fee for credit cards.

The job went quickly. Workers moved yard furniture and containers and replaced them when finished. They removed all wood and cleaned the area so that it looked better than when they started. Several small containers of plants were turned over in the process, but no harm done.

Josh from Atlanta arbor was prompt,professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They worked up an exact quote and then Iliana, and the other nice lady in the office scheduled my appointment in a timely manner. They were also professional and courteous. When Josh and his crew arrived, they cut down the trees including one dead Pine that was leaning towards our house precariously,working efficiently they removed a section from my fence to make room for the equipment cleaned up the mess, put the fence back together and hauled the trees away in record time. I would definitely recommend Atlanta Arbor to my friends as well as use them again in the near future. Quality work at a fair price!!!

Josh met with me and walked the property. He paid close attention to what I wanted and gave me some good ideas about things the trees needed. He wrote up the work orders and we set a date.
At last, a tree service in our area that actually has a Certified Arborist! At the appointed time, Josh and the crew showed up and Josh went over work to be done with crew. Josh was on-site for most of the process. Crew was very knowledgeable on pruning trees properly. They also did an excellent clean-up when they were done.

We received great advice from Josh on how to start to take care of our trees (something we had neglected). The crew was on time and Josh was with them to make sure that everything would be handled the way it had been described to us.
