I want to thank everyone that made having my trees removed a pleasant experience. Starting from using the contact link from Trust Dale, making appointment with Top Tier Trees Sales/ Arborist, Erin for evaluation. I was impressed with the detail proposal given and the patience Erin had with me when providing detail answers to my questions. The Office Manager, Jen made scheduling easy and provided information on what to expect on my project and timeframe for completion. The day of service, the crew and crew leader Jarvin was polite and professional. There was nothing for me to clean up after the tree removal work was done. My yard looked great. The neighbors are still talkingtalking about how good my yard looks and impress with the tree work that was done. I have shared Top Tier Trees contact information with them. I will definitely recommend using Top Tier Trees.

Top Tier Trees did work for us today and I could not be more impressed with a company or its workers. Yesterday one of their arborists (Damon) came and took his time and carefully examined all our trees after I expressed our concerns. We were expecting to be told we needed to take down 5-6 trees and were also expecting a very high cost quote to do this. Thatâ s why we have put it off so long. We had one tree which proved to be dead and was leaning toward our neighborâ s house so needed to be taken down immediately. They found room for us on their schedule the very next day. A huge crew arrived shortly after 8am and did a ton of work for us all through the front and back yards, including taking down several trees, trimming back and removing many huge limbs hanging over the house on 3 sides. They were finished in 2 hours. They ground up the limbs they took down. The yard was cleaner when they left than when they arrived. Every single person who was here was professional, friendly, courteous, knowledgeable. This was the highest quality and most professional work we have had done. I enthusiastically give them a rating of 5+.

Damon and team did a great job. They were very efficient and professional. They finished the tree removal process within 3 hours which was amazing for 7 large trees. I am glad that I hired Top Tier Tree.

We had an amazing experience working with the Top Tier team. We needed to remove several old water oaks and were hesitant about which trees to keep and which trees to take down. Damon was incredibly thoughtful, communicative, and very helpful right from the start. We felt very confident in our final decision and remain thrilled today. The whole Top Tier team is professional, friendly, and very efficient. They are a well-oiled machine. Itâ  s amazing what they can do in a single day. Whatâ  s most impressive is how the quality of work makes you feel like youâ  re getting a premium service, yet the prices are very competitive and often lower than other companies. Since that first job, Top Tier has continued to be a partner in other endeavors, even removing some additional roots at a fraction of the cost when we started grading and sodding our yard. We cannot recommend Top Tier enough.

Ian and his crew were on time, very efficient and friendly, scaled our trees without cleats, removed all dead limbs and some that we requested underlying several extremely large tree canopies; cleaned-up all debris, blew-off our roof & driveway, as well, as, the adjacent street. We could not have asked for a more professional job that maintained the health of the trees addressed. We will use again!

Customer service and tree trimming were all excellent! Damon came out for an assessment and estimate and provided some education about trees The crew were friendly ad polite. The worked quickly and cleaned everything up after they were done. Would definitely use them again and recommend to friends.

Top Tier Trees did an incredible job taking down a large ("twin") water oak tree in our front yard and a huge red oak in our backyard; these two trees were very old and kept us worried since they both hung over our house. The seven member Top Tier Trees GREEN crew (Geldon drove the crane) were knowledgeable on rigging the ropes to the heavy branches to steer them away from the house; they were safety conscious; and they all kept busy chipping the branches, sharpening the chain saw blades, and cutting these huge trees. That crane was amazing to watch, the grass in the yard stayed nice and pretty because the crane was able to lay the big heavy tree parts onto pads away from the grass areas - - no bobcat tracks, etc. We have never worked with a more professional crew before. Their rate was very competitive with the other two quotes we received and they were here on time and cleaned everything up by the end of the day.

Customer service, tree removal, and stump grinding were all excellent! Ian and his team were efficient and aside from the stump, you would never know they had been there. Victor was also great and cleaned everything up after he was finished with the stump. Would definitely use again and recommend to others.

Outstanding service from start to finish! Matthew, an experienced arborist, came to give us an estimate on the work we needed to have done. Matthew listened to our needs and concerns, and carefully explained what could be done, while allowing us to make the ultimate decisions. Absolutely, no pressure to do more than we considered necessary. He was knowledgeable and thorough in his assessment of our needs. Obviously, an arborist who loves his work! We received a reasonable quote quickly after his visit. The crew of 6 assigned to cut our trees was a â well oiled machineâ ! The men were punctual, very courteous and informative. With unbelievable precision they completed our job. Their clean-up was exceptional! They were so respectful of not harming any more of our vegetation than absolutely necessary. They even dug up two blooming plants that were in harms way. They put them aside, and after they left, I realized they had replanted them! This crew went above and beyond! TOP TIER TREES has earned the name â TOP TIERâ in every way! We highly recommend their service and will definitely call them for our future needs. FIVE STAR all the way!

From start to finish, very professional communication, work and clean up. Our Arborist (Damon) was excellent with his assessment and follow through. I would hire Top Tier Trees again and I highly recommend!

The entire Top Tier team did a fantastic job! I had tree limbs hanging on top of power lines and on the roof. The team trimmed everything up so quickly and efficiently! They left the walkways and driveways outside the loft perfectly clean. It was seemless and they were all friendly and professional.

Our local arborist recommended Top Tier Trees when we had 1 dead and one dying tree. This was a big job and a good service was required as one tree was partly over our and our neighbors homes. Erin came and estimated the job and Jen kept us in the loop as the big day arrived. The crew arrived early in the morning and we walked the property to discuss how they were going to attack the job. Once that was done they went to work. As I said it was a big job. The tree over our house was 60 or 70 feet tall with limbs over two homes. They cut and lowered the branches and trunk safely to the ground. They even set aside the good logs for my neighbor to take for firewood. In the end they cleaned up and you would never know that they had been there. Well, except for the stump that was ground out 3 days later. As they left the neighborhood they left another neighbor with a huge pile of mulch. The biggest think I can say about Top Tier Trees is that if I have to have more tree work done at my house, I would definitely want them to do it. 5 stars may not be enough.

Top tier (salesman Damon) did a great job. I received a good estimate for cutting some sick trees in my yard down and getting the stumps ground up. They worked in a timely manner and the tree cutting crew took the time to talk to my nephew who is 3 and in an age appropriate method, explain what they were doing and the equipment they had. They were very nice and were in and out efficiently. The stump grinding crew was also very professional. In and out in a jiffy. Quality work. I would recommend them and would use again in the future. The office staff (Jen) is very nice and the accounting guy (Bobby) was also nice. If you need any tree work done, give them a call for an estimate.

I got 5 estimates, and they were all over the board. After meeting Damon, I liked his personality and his ability to relay to me what needed to be done to get the job done successfully. They were not the cheapest estimate that I got, but I felt that they were the most qualified and professional service that I met with. In total, they took down 8 trees, 3 of which were 75-foot pine trees that were very close to our newly installed fence. All the team members were very respectful and worked amazingly well together. They got all the trees down in 4 hours with no issues whatsoever. They cleaned everything up to where it looked like they had never been there. We had a large Oak tree near our house that had issues and needed to be removed. The Top Tier Trees Team were amazing.....SAFE, efficient, professional and knowledgeable. Damon came out, looked at the tree, explained the process and gave us a quote. There were four team members to cut and remove the tree. I don't know their names but they were amazing using their skills and with safety in mind. Victor finished the job with stump grinding leaving the area in great order. Thank you Top Tier Trees. I highly recommend this company when you need tree service.

We needed some huge Magnolias trimmed down but wanted to make sure they were done correctly. I contacted Top Tier Trees and Damon, a certified arborist came out and gave me a very reasonable quote. The crew was amazing, did a great job at trimming and cleaning up. Highly recommend.

Top Tier removed two large oaks & pruned several trees throughout the property. They were very professional and did a fantastic job. I will definitely use them again.

The Top Tier Tree guys knocked it out of the park again~! Cleaned up our Willow Oaks, Pin Oak big tree and assorted pine trees. Always on time, courteous, clean up spotless. We've used them about 4-5 times and will continue to do so.

Top Tier has performed tree work on several of our properties including limbing, tree removal, stump grinding and more. They are exclusively who we use for our personal homes and who I refer to all of my real estate clients. Their master arborists are incredibly knowledgeable of trees so we always feel like we're in very capable hands. Top Tier is wonderful with customer service, scheduling, communication, safety on the job site, clean-up, etc. I highly, highly recommend them to be your go-to tree service!

Damon and his crew were wonderful to work with! I have some very old (150+) poplars very close to the house. I wanted an arborist to not only check the health of these trees but to help me with deciding which branches could come down while at the same time doing general maintenance on the inside of the trees. With Damon's direction the 4-man crew were able to accomplish this and respect my property while they were working. I also had a pine way in the back of the property that needed to come down. This was not easy to remove but the crew got it down and out! Getting it out was the hard part! Unlike other tree companies their clean-up was outstanding. They even blew leaves off of the part of the front yard that they were not working! The pine that was on the back of the property they were able to cut VERY close to the ground. This area is very wooded, and I was not grinding the stump down. Other tree services do not cut close to the ground, and the trunk is still about 24" high. When it is cut this high you have to do something to get rid of the stump, whether it be grinding or removing. Last thing....I have lived here for 30 years and had a lot of trees cut down in that time, I don't think that I ever experienced a company that had as many safety precautions in place for their employees as Top Tier! Will definitely hire again! And will definitely recommend!
