He seemed unable to program the new thermostat, and the unit still would not run. It was then suggested that the wiring may be bad, and I was told it would be additional to do that. They were paid in full, although our unit still was not operational. I brought in someone else, who determined that it was wired incorrectly. They refused to stand behind their work and reimburse for the diagnostics and re-wiring."
