A-1 was on time and worked quickly. Price seemed fair. He exp-lained what he was doing and he was honest about how successfull his work might be. He reset the temperature controls amd told us to monitor it. If it didn't keep both sides at the proper temperature it was likely it would need a new compressor and most folks would buy a new refrigerator rather than sped the $800 or more just for a complressor. He slao gave us advice on which brands he though were better in case we needed a new one. This is the third time A-1 has helped us.

Jim let me know up front that the washer probably could not be repaired and showed me examples of why. I did want him to examine the washer anyway just in case but in the end it would have cost more than it would to buy a new one. I appreciate him being honest with me and explaining what it would take to repair.

Arrived on time. Had to go get parts. Returned and got the repair done. Very pleased with the work.

The issue was the drain line for the freezer was blocked. Causing the ice maker to form a block of ice.

I called mid morning and they came out about 4 pm the same day. They deduced the problem quickly, advised the plan of action and were done within a couple of hours. I was happy when the price came as reasonable.

Easy was awesome: I booked him to look at my rental property's washing machine and the fridge happened to start acting up the day before my appointment. Easy looked at both, which was great. His diagnoses made sense and my renter said he was kind and professional. We look forward to using him again in the future.

Excellent experience. A-1 was able to locate a hard to find part quickly which was quite a feat given COVID supply chain issues. Easy (the owners name) is a great guy and I will use him without hesitation for all future repairs. Note: this guy is busy so give him a day to return your call.

Garbage Disposal Replacement

Very well, just had to get the new part.

Easy was able to provide me with the diagnostics I needed to make an informed decision regarding the range. He provided me with the necessary information to pass along to my home warranty company for reimbursement assistance.

Easy was able to order the freezer door and get it installed within 2 weeks. The work was completed on August 7, 2019. The cost was $288.90.

The end result wasn't what I had hoped however, he had nothing to do with it and tried to assist me with a solution.

He responded the next day. Was punctual on agreed upon appointment time. Diagnosed the problem. Had the part on his car and repaired accordingly. Took less than an hour.
