Upon receiving your call, C&R will ask specific questions related to your situation to determine cost.

"American Home Shield (AHS) warranty is replacing my broken microwave with a new one. I received the new microwave on 11/11/2020 and notified AHS it was in my possession. Part of the warranty contract includes the installation of the new microwave. AHS typically assigns contractors themselves. However, this time AHS contracted with C & R Services with a dispatch number on 11/13/2020 for C & R to assign a local contractor to do the install. After two weeks of waiting and not being contacted by C & R or a contractor, I called C & R to follow up on the status. They said it would be 1 to 2 weeks from the date they received the dispatch from AHS. I informed them it had been 2 weeks in which they replied that it would be another 2 weeks. As of today, 12/11/2020, 4 weeks from the date C & R received the dispatch, I have not been contacted by C & R or a contractor. C & R's lack of communication and customer service is absurd. AHS informed me that they do not have any authority over C & R."

"Dwight from Cornerstone Construction is the REAL deal! I am probably one of the pickiest people when it comes to contractors. I have never liked a single one, but Dwight is absolutely wonderful. They have remodeled our entire kitchen (removed our whole old kitchen and replaced it with a brand new kitchen including appliances, exhaust, backsplash, etc) - it looks perfect, which I NEVER say. I have no conflict of interest....I am tired of contractors who don't do a good job so when I found Dwight, I was ecstatic. "My experience has been terrible!! I purchased a $3K+ Bosch refrigerator from Mike Monroe at Mays Monroe. The freezer fan freezes over every few weeks. This results in the refrigerator sounding like a lawn mower and I can't hear the TV in the next room. Mays Monroe has sent multiple repairmen to fix - nothing worked, they only refunded me for a repair and considered that acceptable. Mike Monroe wants me to get a new one from Bosch. Bosch collects lots of receipts, etc, but nothing to their satisfaction and has placed me in an infinite loop of avoidance. Mike Monroe made the offer to let me buy a new refrigerator at his cost but that was still more than $3K, in fairness a few hundred less than I paid 3 years ago."
