Great. Fast service for a repair estimate. Very friendly and professional.

The auto body work people were good. I would give them all 'A's on the grading scale. They were very good. They were very responsive. They looked at what to do. They were very nice. They did a great job. The total for the repair, parts and labor was 800. I paid the 500 dollars deductible and the insurance company paid the rest. They are great. I think that they are trustworthy. I don't know the price because I didn't have anything to repair before. I have never had to repair a car before.

My car was hit when someone backed in to me. Marsha and her husband could not have been more helpful. They guided me through the process, coordinating the rental car pickup, communicating when work on my car would be completed - the work done was exceptional. Can not say enough about the exceptional customer service and quality of their work!

This is the second tome we had Preferred make repairs to the front end of this truck (two separate accidents). Both times the work was outstanding -- truck looks and runs just fine!! The folks that own and operate Preferred are awesome!!

I took the car in and was quickly helped by Marsha who provided the estimate. She was thorough and quick. When i brought the car in , i asked if the bill could go up or down from the estimat and Carl told me he would call first if he saw anything that was not visible at the time of estimate. The work was done and the bill was exactly as estimated. I am hvery happy with the process and the work.

I used this service to repair the front end and side panel. They did an excellent job, and I was completely satisfied with their service. I would use them again in the future.
