I was having trouble with my garage door opener on a Saturday and left my contact info with a turners Garage Door and figured I would hear back the following week. To my surprise they contacted me within minutes of my call and discussed the issue with me. We agreed that due to the age of my garage door opener that replacement was the best option. Then they surprised me further with same day service. I am impressed. I will be replacing the door itself within the coming months and Turners Garage Door will be a main consideration. They obviously are experienced in such service.

Was quoted a price and then had to pay more for other parts that was asked for then the guy that came out and replaced the seal around my garage door told me to adhere construction adhesive to the seal that I paid for and then that didn't work so I called back to Matt and was charged an extra fee for them to come back out to fix it right after the poor work of the seal in the first place so I ended up paying and extra 260 dollars more that what I was told the job would cost and will not use Matt again or refer anyone to his company he ripped me off and didn't even give me the garage motor I wanted he completely didn't do what I ask for beware of him and his company this picture is from where I paid to have a new seal and where the guy didn't attach it to the stucco and I was told to do it when I paid for it to be done

Great service. Technician arrived within an hour of call for service on a Saturday morning. Very professional, promptly repaired the door and explained how to keep our door maintained for optimum performance. I will proudly refer Turner’s to our friends and neighbors.

Additionally, he suggested a new replacement door at the best price in town. We decided on the new replacement door which he installed a couple of days later. Very friendly installer (his father) who did the whole job in less than 4 hours even with me asking questions. Highly recommend him for the Big Bend area!!

Quick, courteous, early in the morning on a Saturday. The system that came with the house I bought was bad. The new one is awesome. And my sweet rag top won’t be subjected to the elements!
