Mr. Worrell did his best to minimize tearing up the brick patio to install the new sewer line, was prompt, courteous, and professional. The job was time consuming but was the first time the sewer line had clogged in 40 years of owning the house and the pipe was ancient.

REALLY?? I don't remember much about that time due to the high stress of watching my husband die. I wish I could tell you more, but I have used Reid for several years and he has always been the greatest.

I had a major back up on the Labor Day weekend where the plumbing system decided that it was going to work in some places in the house and not in others. Given that I am disabled and wheelchair-bound, I was extremely concerned about getting someone to come to the house as soon as possible. I called Reid up and left my message on his voice mail to call me ASAP. About 10 minutes later he called me back to find out what the problem was that I was experiencing. I told Reid exactly what was going on and at first he thought he wouldn't be able to get to the house until later that afternoon, however he changed his mind and came right on over. Trust me, Reid is an OUTSTANDING plumber, and I will call on him anytime I need anything to do with plumbing work. He is kind, considerate, very knowledgeable, courteous and well worth the time and money. Reid RULES!

My backflow valve has been dripping/leaking since I purchased the home a couple of months ago. I called Reid after receiving an estimate from another company (named after a local college football team) I found on Angies List. The other company indicated the valve was cracked and needed to be replaced. They gave me an estimate at $500 for the valve, labor and some sort of testing that they couldn't explan. Being the comparison shopper that I am I looked up another plumber, Reid, to get a second opinion. I called Reid and explained to him over the phone that the valve was leaking. He asked if I could text him the model number and picture of the valve so he check if it was a valve he was familiar with. I did. He then came out later that day and confirmed the valve needed to be replaced that it had likely cracked over the winter months since it was not covered (apparently a common problem). He said the part would be $180 and labor $160. I told him to get to work! The whole process from calling to ordering the part to installation was about three days. He also suggested I avoid the problem in the future by purchasing one of those covers that look like big fake rocks at Home Depot for $30 to protect the valve from the seasons. If I were to have plumbing issues again (knock on wood) I would call him again. He provided an honest assessment and good work at what seems a reasonable price compared to others.

He came and installed it, removing the old one. He was on time, took a minimum amount of time, and it has worked fine since he installed it.

The city utility company told us we had a leak on our side of the meter. It was long standing, and our bill was out of control before we realized there was a problem and contacted them. We called Reid Worrell and he came out the next day, found and repaired the leak while we were at work. He went out of his way to dig a small deep hole to reach the faulty pipe in order to keep from damaging the grass. He sent us a bill for $120.00, very reasonable for the service and the subsequent saving on our utility bill. Overall Reid Worrell was very prompt and professional. They were so friendly and responsive to our needs. We will use them any time we have plumbing service needs.

We called Reid because our daughter had a serious leak in her pipe within the concrete slab. He was there to evaluate the situation within hours and instructed our daughter on what to do until he could actually start the repair. He would not take payment for the initial visit. He came when he said he would be there, fixed the problem the most cost effective way without compromising the outcome, and would not accept payment until he was sure the problem had been resolved. He is very professional and knowledgeable. Also, he is very trustworthy and is someone we trust to be in our home.

It turned out really well. He did a fantastic job! He was prompt. He came when he said he was going to. When he had to replace the commode, he went out and got it for us. Everything was pretty much turn key.

We're remodeling our master bath. Reid relocated the toilet, and replaced vanity faucets and the shower trim. Because we added a second shower head, he had to drill into our very expensive shower wall tile (that we're keeping intact) and also add a diverter valve. He did this flawlessly with no damage. Reid was prompt, frequently checked to make sure I was happy with the trim placement, and then cleaned up. I think his price was very fair. Additionally, Reid is very polite and pleasant.

It has always been a joy to have him do work for me. His estimates are never over what he has said it would cost. He is professional. I never have to wait long if I have an emergency. I have never had to call back because he did something wrong.

I was referred to Reid by another plumber. I had called and who was unable to get to my work. I had a leaking pipe between at my water meter. He told me on the phone what he thought it would cost, he was there on the day he said he would be there, and fixed the problem. Considering I previously had another similar leak in my yard and paid more than twice the amount Reid charged to a "well-known" local plumber, I was thrilled with his work. If I have need of a plumber again, I will definitely call him.

Reid was working in the area and called to tell us he could fit us in his schedule, if we were ready. This was within two days after we called him. When he entered the house, he immediately removed his shoes so that he wouldn't track in dirt - and they were dirty! He went right to work. Our experience with plumbers heretofore has been an expensive one and sometimes of longer duration than seemed necessary. Besides being polite, neat, and quick, he offered some sage advice. This faucet (a Moen) is very smooth and responds to a light touch. He told us about a disk in the mechanism that would break if it was handled roughly.
