"I have never in my entire life had to write a review like the one I am about to write right now. To begin with we had a concrete slab laid at the beginning of Aug. and all we needed was for it to be leveled. We reached out to Aquaguard and Bill set up a date and time to come out and do an evaluation and a quote. Bill stated that they could level the concrete slab with no problems and gave us a quote of an est. 6k. I know that no one in their right mind would pay 6k for a job that was guaranteed by one of their SHAREHOLDERS (Bill) knowing that there was no guarantee it could be done (which is what their stating now.) We had a deadline to have this job completed which couldn’t be met because it is now Oct. and still ongoing. Jerrod and another employee came out on 2 separate occasions and all we have received from this service is UNLEVELED concrete and EXCESSIVE CRACKS AND WAVES. Weeks later 2 managers came out and could clearly see my disappointment because I was literally in TEARS. They said that some jobs they can’t get leveled completely and that they don’t know why Bill would tell us they could and that that’s stated in their contract. He said he would reach out to the general manager to come to a resolution because at this point my concrete slab is just horrific and still not LEVELED by the least. Literally worst than when they started the work. Week later no resolution. I suffer with congested heart failure which I was diagnosed with last Nov.2024 and this is really beginning to take a toll on me. All I want is a DECENT resolution because this is clearly not the service I was expecting to receive and is clearly unacceptable."

"They had to take out a portion of my front wall which was not planned on, and the conic quality of the concrete was not as good as I thought it should be they destroyed the brick wall that they said they would be able to save and I think they also damaged an additional plumbing line, which I’m going to have to have repaired But we did get the leaking stopped, which was the big part of the problem they had to dig up the entire front foundation down to the 8 foot footer and re-waterproof the wall put in a French drain system and a new drainage system for the gutter and a sump pump"

I also chose to have a full crawl space encapsulation done, along with a dehumidifier, concrete work and two JIMBO Jacks installed for deck support. Everything works perfectly. "Taylor came out and crawled underneath the house in the crawlspace. I told Taylor that I needed to get support from one-side to the other. The floor was sagging on the side where the kitchen and living room is and the other side had a rise to it. Taylor had an outline the house and had drawn (2) 4 by 4 post with (10 times 2) medal post holding each of them up. I told him that I needed 2 more post on the other side of the house and he said that I would have to pay twice as much for two more post. I would also have to pay around $6,000.00 to have dirt removed from the crawlspace. I have not received any pictures of the work that was done either. I'm an disabled woman on an fixed income that has been taken advantage of. I now have a big hump in the middle my floor. Taylor said he doesn't even come out to do an job no less than $5,000.00. Taylor said I'm now going to come up with $11,000.00 more to get the floor fixed, Please be aware of doing business with Taylor and this company. "

"Was sold on having my chimney propped up because it was leaning. Salesmen were confident in the one day turnaround and strong warranty the company could offer after drilling down then inserting metal rods to stop the chimney movement. Workers arrived 7 hours later than scheduled and were polite and apologetic. After two hours of digging I was informed there was a problem. The man in charge assured me he would meet with his engineer, keep me updated, and have a plan to finish the job the next day. I never heard from them again. The workers showed up the next day (I saw on my RING), filled in the holes and left. 4 days later I received an automated email saying my CC deposit was returned. Absolutely ZERO contact or follow up by the company. Shameful. Do NOT use this company under ANY circumstances"

"Provision did such a great job after our sink backed up and damaged a good portion of our kitchen and dining room. They quickly sealed the area and removed everything from the rooms. The damaged areas were removed and subfloors were cleaned and dried thoroughly. Someone was out to our house every day to check on progress. The staff at Provision was so professional and made a terrible situation a whole lot less stressful for us, and that made all the difference! We highly recommend using them for any need!"
