I contracted this company to fully convert a 20 shipping container into a custom built home . Including custom framing, installation of insulation, drywall, flooring, painting . Work with individuals you can trust and eventually check work history - ask for references. Avoid big stores (Sears, Home Depot) for labor intensive jobs but include them in your comparisons for appliances and other hardware. Fr jobs where failure now or later could be dangerous, costly or catastrophic (e.g. electrical, furnaces, plumbing, roofing, windows, stairs) require references and licence (and check with CSLB)
