"Floors Sag or Shake was one of three estimates we got to reinforce the sagging floors in four rooms of our older home. We went with them based on the work they proposed and their positive online reviews, and we are completely satisfied with their work. They worked over three days to pour concrete footings, jack up the floors as best as possible, and then add permanent supports. They also removed an old vapor barrier and installed a new one. Each day, they arrived early and worked through the day. They communicated well and were courteous and professional. Prior to their work, our floors were not even close to level. We called Franklin to come out after explaining what was happeining. The appointment was made...we told them it was not an emergency, but they said they would be out the next day. They were right on time. The service was very quick. I asked him, "Do you always carry that part in the truck?'. He told me that this was the third water pressure regulator he had replaced this week. I guess they do need to keep that part in the truck."
