The cherry on top was the wonderful marble rock island in flower beds and 2 retainer walls after graded area for vegetable garden. My wild yard was tamed and shrubs trimmed to perfection. "The staff and workman were friendly and helpful. The waterproofing repair was scheduled under my warranty with Everdry. I was assured that there would be no cost to me for the repairs. However, what was not explained to me was that the repairs and replacement of the flooring and baseboards that were removed for the repairs would be at my expense. The replacement costs will run over $1000+. I am an 82 year old retired widow on a fixed income and would not have authorized the work if I had known."
