"This was my 3rd time using Bear Mountain Custom Painting. They painted my huge stucco lake house a couple of years ago. The did a wonderful job.  I had a problem with a woodpecker putting holes in my stucco. After Bear Mountain repaired the holes you can't tell where the holes were. The are a great company!

"Who would think a roofing experience could be so enjoyable? Pro Roofing surpassed my expectations at every step of the process.
They were timely in returning my first call, quick with a quote and had a great price. The install was quick and great quality. The most impressive part was how NICE everyone was. Great product, great price and great people. What more could you ask for?
I will definitely recommend them to anyone needing a roof.
Thanks!

"Skip Lewis did a great job during the quoting process and we chose Deluxe although they were not the lowest price. We were impressed with the detail he provided in the quote.  His knowledge of the roofing business is vast, and he made certain to make sure we understood what would occur during the entire process.
Everything was done as promised with one exception and that was rectified to our satisfaction by Skip.  The crew arrived as scheduled and did as much as they could on Day 1 due to rain starting to fall.  They worked 13 -14 hours on Day 2 and about the same on Day 3.  The cleanup was properly done and they got all the nails picked up with magnets.
This is a good company and I highly recommend them for any roofing project.  The value we received in material, installation and warranty far offset the higher price.  Although we were frustrated by the issue that came up on Day 3, we appreciate the way it was resolved by Skip.  Major projects are not always implemented smoothly and a good, professional company will resolve issues in a way that the customer feels good and then will recommend that company to others.  This is exactly what Deluxe Roofing did for us."

"They were great!  Joaquin and crew did a fabulous job.  My kitchen looks great, and they were very professional.  I work from home, the crew was considerate and kept distractions to a minimum.  Jeffrey was the lead painter, and pleasant to work with - high recommend.  Will definitely use them again.

"Got to my house at 8:30. I had 2 painters for 8 hours each. At 2:00 they were ready to leave, and I said I have trim paint. The one fellow I had to go behind and point out where he missed painting. Still have to go back and paint some trim around doors."

Stucco questions, answered by experts

The cost of a repair depends on several factors, including the severity, complexity, and type of damage. Other key elements are the cost of any necessary replacement parts, hardware, materials, or required software updates. Labor rates and whether emergency service is needed will also influence the final price.

Stucco will dry in two to three days, but you should wait one to two months to allow it to cure fully before you paint it. The curing process is slow, but leaving the material exposed to air and natural moisture will help it reach its maximum strength. If you live in a hot, arid climate, wait a month before painting. Wait two months before painting if you live in a more moderate or wet climate.

The curing time for stucco typically takes several weeks to fully complete. During the curing process, the stucco undergoes a chemical reaction and gradually hardens. It's important to note that curing is different from drying. While the surface of the stucco may dry relatively quickly within a few hours or days, the curing process continues beneath the surface, strengthening and solidifying the stucco.

It's best to avoid excessive moisture exposure during the curing period, as it can impede the curing process. The exact curing time can vary based on factors such as temperature, humidity, and the specific stucco mixture used.

A standard drill will work just fine if you’re drilling small holes, and only a few of them. But anything with a diameter larger than 3/8 inch is best done with a hammer drill, since it is stronger, faster, and also makes your drill bits last longer. While you don’t absolutely need a hammer drill for stucco, it is a worthy investment if you think you might drill more holes down the road.

Stucco applied over brick can last 30 to 50 years or more when correctly applied and properly maintained. Stucco’s lifespan can be shortened by improper application, incorrectly mixed material, lack of preparation before application, and lack of maintenance. To get the most life out of your stucco siding, keep up with maintenance and repair any damage as soon as you discover it.
