LJIA Masonry did an amazing job replacing the broken flagstone covering my front door stoop and steps. They explained why the original flagstone broke over time and suggested a much thicker stone. It was fun watching them cut and place the stones to make them look as natural as the originals.

They showed up on time completed the job quickly and professionally. They cleaned up each day. Price was reasonable for the project. Would defeat let hire them again if I need concrete work.

Great job on the patio and fair price. They worked quickly, were always on time, and followed up with a couple small repairs to my fence from the machinery. I was out of town for the install and they were great letting me get back to see the finished project before making the final payment.

The very professional and courteous employees replaced the second floor staircase landing bridge which was an unsafe crumbling structure. They were very proficient and completed the job quickly with very little inconvenience to my household. Erica was very helpful in reviewing the job, obtaining a quote and managing the repair. The workmen completing the destruction of the old landing and completing the new addition were very skilled.

The repair done on my outside staircase was excellent. The employees were very professional, courteous and made sure my entrance is beautiful and safe. I was very satisfied with the workmanship and cost for the project.

LJIA sent a quote for repair of our masonry mailbox, which was fine, but given the cost I asked about cost of replacement. I also asked about repairs to our front steps which have the same kind of stonework and sent photos. That as 2/25/2021. I followed up 3/12/2021; no response. Company is MIA. If they don't want my money they should just say so. I don't know what to think. It seems this kind of work is minor and not worth company's time. Maybe I asked the wrong people. I might hire if company would explain, or at least communicate. Sorry that Angi only allows 'yes' or 'no' to hire. I would put them as 'maybe' depending on responsiveness

Terrible- I requested an estimate on 2/22. An appointment was scheduled for 2/24 which was great. The gentlemen came out i told him what i needed and let him do his thing. He told me i would receive an estimate within 24-48 hours. I know what it feels like to have someone watch you and ask questions while you are trying to get something done so i let him do his thing and went inside. I dont know how long he stayed, if he took measurements, if he left as soon as i went inside or what all he did while he was at my home. On 2/26, i followed up through Angies list to see Ljia could give me a time frame on an estimate, no response. I followed up on 3/2 for an estimate, no response. I followed up again on 3/3 to see if they would be providing an estimate for me or not so i could find someone else if needed, no response. Now it is 3/8 and I still have not heard from them and figure that i never will. So thank you for wasting my time.

We contacted the company twice and followed up on Angie's List and never received a response.

LJIA quickly replied to my message, got a quote together, and when I decided to hire them, they promptly got us on the schedule. They did the job in a timely manner and it is wonderful! I have had neighbors ask who did the work. The workers were friendly and worked hard.

I am still evaluating it against other quotes. They were profesional and gave a good quote, but I am not ready to pull the trigger yet. Price I do not know yet because I do not have any good comparison. I would use them again depending on the price.

They did an excellent job and worked very hard. The price was very reasonable. They started out doing something and then realized it needed more work so they had to but it was very well done.

The proposal was the most complete and detailed of the five bids we received. The price was neither the highest nor the lowest, but demonstrated the best grasp of what I wanted. The project began on schedule, but we soon discovered why the stones were coming loose and cracking. The concrete base was cracking and dropping as it was installed without concrete rebar support. Israel Cabrera, the owner, and I agreed on what needed to be done and the price change. He then replaced the concrete base with rebar supported concrete and completed the job. Throughout the job , Israel was very easy to work with and willing to make changes. He made multiple trips with me to supply yards for me to pick out flagstone. He expertly supervised the work and did not hesitate to make his crew redo things not to his liking. His crew were skillful masons and cleaned up the job site thoroughly when finished. The finished product exceeded my expectations and we have a beautiful flagstone patio.

This was a major project and involved obtaining a property line survey and a professional engineers design which LJIA took care of. It took almost a month and they worked 6 days a week to get the job done. Excellent job

Very prompt to bid but didn't explain well what was included in scope of work. Another company underbid by 30% and did a fine job.

Israel and his crew did an outstanding job. It was on time and budget. Israel provided his expertise and opinion on type of Fireplace and stone, but he provide many options for me to make the final decision. His crew was very professional and cleaned up each day. We made a few changes on the fly ( color of Stone) and Israel and his team replaced them. He wanted to make sure we were completely happy with the work. Building a 10' fireplace needs a little artistic flair and craftsmanship, which his team provided and excelled at. They were not the cheapest quote nor the most expensive. The quality of work was really good.

It went great they worked around our schedule because we wanted it done by a certain date and they did a beautiful job i could not be any happier with their service. I would definitely hire them again for some future work i am planning on getting done.
