Jonathan was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions which I had many. He did an inspection took pictures of my attic and emailed them to me in the proposal. The pictures showed a trail in the insulation where squirrels had been. I agreed to exclusion process, since I had found 3 dead mice on traps in my laundry room downstairs. I set up the appointment for the exclusion and was told Tim would be the technician. Tim Vaughn must truly be one of their best technicians in my opinion. He arrived on time ready to start the sealing process around the roof line, seal around the exterior of the house, placed traps in the attic and especially sealed off my chimney and fireplace which was definitely an entry point for mice. "Calvin was who called me back and he said in order for them to come out and give me a service I would have to sign an agreement that I would continue with them for a year. When I asked what happens if I'm not happy with the job, Calvin said it would be no problem to discontinue. Well, I wan't happy with the job, though the tech that came out to service our home was very nice and professional. However, it did not take care of my pest problem so after 2 tries I cancelled. Now they are saying I have to pay a disconnect fee per the agreement. I told them what I was told and all they would say is "I apologize." Clearly this is a rehearsed line that they've told others. I would have to say that this is a dishonest company. Saying what it takes to get the job and then holding you responsible for their poor work. I am a bit cautious to say the least to go with Angies again if this is whom they are recommending."
