Instead, we hired Carlos as his team to install LVT floors. His team (and family) did an amazing job getting the floors installed in our main floor of the townhouse. They prepped the floors, removed the baseboard trims, laid the flooring all throughout the living, kitchen, and powder room in half a day. They also removed the toilet pot and installed a new ring before installing it back. In addition, they sanded down and stained the stairs as they were wood steps with a darker shade to match the LVT floors we installed. Overall, Carlos and his team were responsive, got the job done in a timely manner, were professional, and had experience in refinishing and installing the new floors.
