The rep gave us some good ideas on how to proceed and provided a competitive estimate within 1 day. Once approved, they started the job on time, everyday. The rep provided me with details as they progressed through the job. We were extremely happy with the workmanship and the customer service and, most of all, the results they provided us. They took pictures for me (far more detailed than my home inspector), and provided me with a solution and quote. I'll be honest, I don't know much about a lot of this, but they showed me videos of how everything worked and encouraged me to do my research. We even worked on a plan to get everything situated.
