KP was great, I will hire again for future work. He and his team were reasonably priced (very fair and accurate costs), timely, and the final product was great. We had concrete replaced in our driveway and some additional slab poured. KP is an expert and provided us very helpful information which made our project turn out way better than I had anticipated.

Mr. KP is great at what he does and he does it with kindness and passion. The service is always exceptional.This is the second project he has done for me. He installed a patio extension for me about eight years ago and I am still enjoying it.This time I needed a driveway extension and I'm so glad I kept his number. His quote was the most reasonable and cost effective. He also went above and beyond by covering an existing area of my yard with dirt that was left damaged by a previous plumbing job. He also gave a solution for an area of my yard that was a fall hazard for my mother and didn't charge me for the extra duties. He and his team took pride and care in completing the driveway project and I am excited to once again be enjoying the finished project. I will definitely use Veza Properties for future projects.

I needed some steps installed at a new spot on my porch and needed the old steps taken away. KP was quick to quote the work, well cheaper than others, as well as did a beautiful job building wider steps so my father can use them with his cane with ease. We will definitely call KP for any and all work needed.

I have used Kp and Vesa Properties twice in past 5-6 years. He just finished laying a concrete floor for a garage/workshop in my backyard on sloping ground and earlier he replaced my broken driveway in Warner Robins, GA. I think the work on both was excellent. I can t speak really to pricing as I didn t get other estimates either time but felt he was reasonable. This latest was at my house in Macon, GA.

KP takes pride in his work and went above and beyond to make improvements to the design as he was rebuilding my deck. He's very friendly and easy to work with.

This contractor was excellent. He and his crew removed my front door, side lights, and transom, and installed a new unit. The unit I ordered was 1 inch to short width wise, and this contractor added materials to make sure it fit. Crew was friendly and he explained every step of the process to me so that I knew what was going on. Would highly recommend this contractor and will use them for future projects.

Yeah! We finally have a concrete floor for our metal building to be installed. After contacting 3 previous companies and them not showing up, we were so blessed by KP and his crew for showing up and completing the job for us so quickly and professionally. KP is very knowledgeable and passionate about what he does. He will go over and beyond to make everything perfect. Well worth the money spent. Definitely will call him again in the future if we need that service. Thank you KP and crew for a job well done!

My old driveway was very cracked and sunken in areas. In addition, the driveway slopes down from the street and much water was trapped near the house with inadequate drains. Kp (the owner) designed it so both halves sloped toward the center and built a industrial-strength drain to some low forest area in the side yard. Today was the first good rain and I saw how well it all worked. He has some experienced, talented workers and personally works very hard and smartly.

WOW! I found Veza Properties on Home Advisor Monday morning 5/9/16 after searching for ideas on a 10x22 patio design to connect two patios. I called that morning and Mr. Vemuri was able to meet me after work. He was friendly from the start and gave me a great price. I slept on the idea and text him Tuesday morning with the go ahead and by the time I returned home Tuesday evening the project was halfway completed! By Wednesday afternoon the concrete had been poured and the vision I had for a patio was finished! I never really saw them at work because all work was pretty much completed each day by the time I returned home! Mr. Vemuri was very friendly and professional and he and his crew welcomed me home each day as they were packing to leave with courtesy, a handshake and a smile. The relationship he has with his guys is awesome and he spoke so highly of them, they were all welcoming as well and made me feel comfortable and a part of the process which is important when you are a woman. This was a great birthday gift to myself and now I will be able to dance on it all weekend! Thank you Mr. Vemuri for the friendship, the care you took answering my questions and with my property, you have left me with much more than a slab of concrete, I now have a patio I will enjoy for a lifetime!

The guys did a fantastic job. I had a 30x35 section of my driveway cut out and replaced. It was a quality job performed at a fair price. I would use Veza Properties again.
