They took pictures for me (far more detailed than my home inspector), and provided me with a solution and quote. I'll be honest, I don't know much about a lot of this, but they showed me videos of how everything worked and encouraged me to do my research. We even worked on a plan to get everything situated. I like that they understood I wanted something long term, and not just a band-aid fix. I also appreciate them being patient with me while I crunched numbers on my laptop. They did not cover/move the 3 pieces of furniture left in the room like William said they would. The furniture was covered in concrete dust afterwards—very frustrating to have to spend time cleaning something they could have been easily avoided. Other than that great work and customer service!"
