They promised to finish a deck and porch building in 3 weeks. They charged 25% as a deposit on the signing day. They didn't keep the promise and delayed too much. And did the wrong jobs.

"We signed the client for a deck and covering on that back deck and after we signed our contract we told them there would be a 25% deposit at signing and once we start work/demo we would require and additional 25% deposit making a total of 50% deposit after we started work the customer wanted to pay with a credit card we informed them that we no longer except that form of payment we came to a agreement to allow him to pay for the materials with the credit card on sept 4th we meet at the Lowes to purchase the materials needed on this day all materials except the decking would be available the following day on sept 5th decking would not be the there till the 16th of sept the following day on sept 5th the client cancelled the lowes order via phone call before i could pick it up and wanted to void contract with us on sept 6th we informed him that he has only paid a 25% deposit and that we charge 1,200$ a day that we have been on the job which was 3 and a half days totaling 4200.00 and then the trailer rental for demo work was 400/day for 2 days totaling 5,000 not including materials we used or the land fil fees. we were never able to return to complete the work we have started as in the footers and the single post that was still standing due to it being bolted to the house"

Hired them to replace two tubs, tile the walls and paint a bedroom. They did a great job. They were very professional and went above and beyond, taking care of a few extra tasks at no extra charge. I highly recommend them.
