"Very professional and polite. Showed up on time, (actually early) Took down 7 huge pine trees quickly. We also requested stumps grinding. We were a bit concerned since other quotes were higher. There was no concerns. The best thing I can say is our yard, driveway, and front lawn looked better after the job was done. Great clean up. DO NOT HESITATE TO HIRE THIS COMPANY."

Small jobs welcome

We are a husband and wife lawn care team. We currently offer basic lawn care services. Mowing, weed trimming, edging, blowing and trim shrubs and trees. We offer mulching and debris clean up. We also perform junk removal. Small to medium jobs are our thing but will take on pretty much what you need. We both are full time law enforcement and have a dream of running our own business. We also offer individual services. Your mower works but your weed eater doesn’t just call us. Hate trimming the shrubs just call us. We are proud to accommodate your needs.

Arborists questions, answered by experts

Completing tree service projects in Macon offers immediate safety by removing storm-damaged branches and enhances curb appeal. Over time, healthy trees can increase property value, provide shade that reduces cooling needs, and improve stormwater drainage. Proactive care also supports tree health, reduces future maintenance, and encourages native wildlife, making your landscape more resilient and beneficial for the Macon community.

Helpful?

As a new homeowner in Macon, begin with a professional tree health assessment to identify risks from storm damage or pests common to the area. Prioritize removing hazardous limbs, pruning trees near structures or power lines, and treating for issues like powdery mildew. Establishing mulch rings and checking for compacted clay soil will promote healthy root growth and long-term tree vitality around your property.

Helpful?

In Macon, homeowners may encounter unexpected costs for tree removal permits, coordinating with utility companies, or addressing protected tree species. Clay soil often requires special amendments or drainage solutions, and hidden infestations from pests like cankerworms can add treatment needs. Limited access for equipment, weather delays, and additional services like stump grinding or soil restoration may also increase overall project complexity.

Helpful?

When planning tree service in Macon, consider the best timing—late fall for pruning and early spring for planting. Choose native, storm-resistant trees such as loblolly pine to withstand local weather. Be aware of neighborhood guidelines, utility easements, and flood-prone zones. Always check for underground utilities before digging, and schedule projects ahead of hurricane season to ensure prompt, reliable service.

Helpful?

In Macon, the longevity of tree service projects depends on understanding the region’s humid climate, the challenges of heavy clay soil, and the prevalence of pests like ambrosia beetles and pine bark beetles. Selecting native species such as Southern magnolia or live oak, using proper pruning techniques, and ensuring soil health are all crucial. Regular aftercare and monitoring for disease help trees flourish in Macon’s unique environment.
