The reasons are stated in my previous reviews. While we were out of home in June for an extended period of time, the owner of the Trinity landscapes did go extra miles to address our dissatisfaction. Therefore, here I revise my reviews. I grade him as A. As a result of our disagreement in the scope (based verbal agreement) of sodding, the condition of grass in this disputed area is not in conditions as good as it should be.- Robert C.

We were having massive flooding against our house during rainstorms from poor land grading in a terraced neighborhood. We had five companies come out to bid on the project, and one company stood out. The manager at Between the Edges, Chris, was very genuine and was clever with his plan to solve the issue. Their team exceeded all we could of hoped for and more. Their precision even in the smallest detail was incredible. Having this issue resolved with a working retaining wall has brought so much peace of mind to us. When it rains, we know that our house foundation will not flood (finally)! This business has amazing attention to detail, incredible work ethic, and are simply a pleasure to work with. They can do it all when it comes to your yard, and we highly recommend them. They work tidy and smart. They really are everything you want in a landscaping company.

Bob showed up on time and explained what the problem was with my system. He looked around and made an assessment. He said it was going to be a fairly simple fix that would take about 2 hours (could have been longer just to put it out there). Gave me an estimate of $250 but came out to $262 because there was a bit more damage that was initially thought but not a problem. Bob did a fantastic job and got it done in just 2 hours. He was on time, professional and very knowledgeable. Thank you.

Matthew was originally hired to assist my nephew in preperation for the Parochial High School Admissions exam. Building a relationship with Matthew was the best thing for my nephew. Matthew was very safe going into this situation creating a trusting a environment. Not knowing what he was walking into, Matthew quickly learned that my nephew’s academic inabilities were far more important than preparing for an high school entrance exam. Immediately Matthew begin working on creating a plan of action. He is very patient, yet intentional about holding my nephew accountable. Moreover, he follows up and send reminders for my nephew (I.e. don’t forget to bring your book home from school, remember to work on your math). Although we have a long way to go, it’s safe to say that we are seeing some progress. Thanks Matthew.

Called Universal approximately 11:00 am 03/03/2021 to place a service call. Call was answered promptly, and I was told that a technician would be available today between 2 and 5 o'clock that day. Shortly thereafter Universal called back and told me that a tech was available early, which was great. Technician Keonte Gross arrived at approximately 12:30 and diagnosed the problem immediately. Problem was repaired in only a few minutes. Universal Plumbing, Keonte is a KEEPER! Needless to say I am completely satisfied.
