"I recently had an outdoor kitchen put in my yard, and was looking for someone to lay a decorative path that leads to the back door of my home. I asked around and did some looking of my own, and came across SNB Landscaping, and figured I would check them out. They got in contact with me very quickly and we agreed on a time/day for them to come out and give me an estimate. When they showed up for the estimate, I was a little skeptical when I saw two young guys hop out, and I let them know it too. After we walked through they yard and discussed what I wanted, we talked about pricing along with their business/experience. They told me they had over 6 years of masonry experience, showed me pictures in their portfolio with similar jobs, and even showed me their masonry license. Afterwards, I immediately felt more comfortable entrusting them with the job. They completed the job in a timely manner, they left my yard cleaner than they found it, and the pathway looks amazing. Highly recommend! "

"David from Hardy Plumbing installed four new bathroom faucets for us today in two of our bathrooms. He did a great job, and they look and work fine. He identified a hose that had a leak and replaced it. It's unlikely we would have identified that on our own."

"I hired the Water Elf company to repair my sprinkler system before the sod was supposed to be installed in my yard. They came out on 1 August 2024 and performed work on the head-end part of the system. The technician advised me that the head-end part of the system was repaired but there were two zones that had no pressure so he would return to deal with that. We paid $520.50 for the repair and a $99.00 service fee for the estimate. He advised us that he would be back to finish the repair. When he never showed up, I called and asked when he was coming back to finish the job. They said he was not scheduled to come back. I told them that the repair was not complete, and they said he could come back out on the 16th. I told them that was not possible as the sod was due to be put in on the 12th. On 5 August 24, I told them I would look for some other company that could come out sooner. On 5 August 2024, I noticed that my yard was flooded out. I saw the water coming from the same area as the technician had been working. I turned off the valve to prevent further water loss. I immediately called the Water Elf to report the emergency. I called twice (during business hours) with no response. Two days later I called again, and they answered and said they never checked their voice mails. They said that they would send someone out that day after the rain stopped. That did not happen. The manager of the Water Elf called me 9 August 24 and said that they were coming out to pick up a controller the technician left here. I asked them to fix the water leak when they came out. She refused and began yelling at me. She accused me of messing with the system by turning off the valve. I cannot believe that this business could in good faith rip off a Senior Citizen and Disable Veteran like this."

"Called Universal approximately 11:00 am 03/03/2021 to place a service call. Call was answered promptly, and I was told that a technician would be available today between 2 and 5 o'clock that day. Shortly thereafter Universal called back and told me that a tech was available early, which was great. Technician Keonte Gross arrived at approximately 12:30 and diagnosed the problem immediately. Problem was repaired in only a few minutes. Universal Plumbing, Keonte is a KEEPER! Needless to say I am completely satisfied."
