Brian Newman was very quick to respond to my call and came out to check on the items I needed to have repaired/replaced.

He scheduled a date to have his team return and perform the repair/replacements. They were very prompt, courteous and professional.  I would definitely use this company again.

The guys did a great job getting our sprinkler system upgraded and up and running. Very pleased with results.

I had a leaking shower valve.  I called and they were in the area.  The owner came over immediately to check on the problem and sent his crew over when they finished the job down the road.  
The consisted of 3 guys - a bit overkill for a shower valve, but that's okay I suppose.  They removed the valve in question and decided it just needed to be screwed back in tighter.  They adjusted  the other valves too and caulked one edge of the tub and caulked around the tub spout.  
The job seemed to take a bit longer than needed.  They don't bring in any tools.  If the need a screw driver, they send a guy out to get it from the truck.  Then it was thread tape... and then it was something else.  At one point, they sent the guy out for something and he stood out there on the phone for 10 minutes.  
I think the total amount of time is reflected in the bill.  It should not have taken that long.  They also sat in the driveway for 15 minutes when they finished waiting to get a total amount to charge me.  
Again, I love this company and will hire them in the future, but it seemed to take a long time and a bit much for re-seating a valve, making a few adjustments and adding some caulk.
When the owner was on the job the last time I used them, it seemed to go a bit smoother and it was more efficient.  And the amount of work performed the last time, in correlation to the price, seems to be a bit out of whack with this time around.

They were punctual and acted in a professional manner.

They arrived on time and did great work. They happily answered my questions. Before they finished up, they noticed another issue and came back to fix it too (hence the seemingly high price to set a toilet). Wonderful and I will definitely hire again.

Everything went well, gave estimate, did repair, cleaned up afterward.

they were very prompt in getting us an estimate. We only got stood up once due to a communications snafu for the rerouting. Have not had any problems or leaks.

I contacted Lowe's of Augusta to return a defective water heater (5 years old). Lowe's set up with GA-LINA Plumbing and Remodeling Inc an install for Monday 13 July, 2009. I received a call at 9:00 letting me know they would be there between 11:00 and 1:00. Received a call at 12:00 noon telling me they were on the way. When they arrived at approximately 12:30, Brian and his assistant got right to work removing the old water heater and installing the new. They were finished up and out of here before 1:30. Very efficient and professional. I would recommend GA-LINA for your plumbing needs without reservation.

The two young men who did the work were pleasant and helpful. The bottom of the shower door that was put together fell off within days after the work was done. The owner did not supply the correct materials for the project. We had to take off the compound used, put on the correct one and recaulk.
