David from Hardy Plumbing installed four new bathroom faucets for us today in two of our bathrooms. He did a great job, and they look and work fine. He identified a hose that had a leak and replaced it. It's unlikely we would have identified that on our own.

Wonderful. Plumber was extremely professional and efficient. Hardy is now my go to plumbing company.

He did a very good job. He did have to charge overtime as this was over the holiday weekend but he was very knowledgeable. He even came out in the rain and we would definitely use them again.

It took a few weeks and contacting the owner of the company buy they finally got it all fixed. I paid up front and then I got a bill that was less than I paid, I still haven't gotten a refund or hard back from them. One team was the worst, one team was amazing. Guess it depends who you get if you get good service.

Joel reconfirmed the appointment that morning and was better than prompt. He confirmed the problem and carefully identified the source. While he and his colleague worked quickly, he explained everything he was doing. We were left confirdent that he had repaired the problems. The technicians were personable and professional. I will definitely use Hardy for any of my plumbing needs going forward.

They're always prompt. They're just on the ball. They put the pump in, but when the guy who actually does the irrigation came, he said they put it in the wrong spot, so they had to come back that time and move it. But when they had to come back and move it, there wasn't any additional charge. They're an A-plus. Even though they installed it in the wrong spot, they corrected it in a timely fashion. They were back out the next day to take care of it and respond. They were responsive and honest and friendly, and did a good job. They're good at what they do. They're excellent.

Most of the plumbing went well. There were a few problems that required being re-done. We have called twice since we moved in and they responded in a timely manner and fixed the problems.

It was a great experience. I would give them A's for everything. I don't have any complaints. I had hired them to replace a hot water heater about a year ago, and I was very satisfied with that so I called them again this year.

We've used them over a course of many years, probably fifteen.

They've done a very good job over the years.

Never responded to my e-mail. Found another plumber. I'm not giving them an overall grade because no service was performed. I just wouldn't attempt to use them again. It makes you give a grade, so I gave a C.

FANTASTIC! Donnie arrived quickly and diagnosed problem (crack in water line supplying water into the house) and fixed it. Absolutely thrilled with the professionalism and expertise in fixing this problem.

William was very personable, knowledgeable and did a great job. He cleaned up after himself which I am finding some workers do not do. He also took time to answer my question about future work I wanted done and why I had rust in my toilet tanks ( I just moved to this area and bought this house)

It went very well. The plumber showed up on time and repaired the pipe in an hour and a half. He left the bathroom as clean as it was before. Very Courteous And Professional. Would Recommend Hardy's Plumbing in the future.

Way better than the other plumbers I've used in CSRA. They are hourly, which is so much cheaper than a "flat rate" plumber. I've had a lot of plumbing needs recently and used several others before finding Hardy Plumbing. Job was done right the first time. I needed after hours plumbing (which does come at a slightly higher rate) but was still about half of what the other "flat rate" plumbers were going to charge me.

He arrived on time. Looked at the problem (under the house). Left to buy a new drain and returned quickly. Replaced the shower drain. He was polite and courteous and I am confident he knew what he was doing.

Great. Informed me of what needed to be done, worked quickly and professionally. since the day was a holiday I was particularly thankful for their prompt service.

Got quick response on first call. technician called about 3 hours later and was here 10 minutes later. quick efficient work done with professionalism. price per hour below another plumber's advertised coupon price. would definitely use them again.

Came out, basically as an emergency because of an issue with the water going to the water heater. Came by, installed the regulator, etc. From start to finish (calling, them coming out to assess the situation, to completing the job) was completed in about 3 hours. Everyone was very professional and made sure I was satisfied with the work done. I would hire them again.

They did a good job. He did a nice job on that. They did a good job in replacing the pressure reducer but they overcharged for that. The initial call in fixing the toilet was $120 but they charged $385 to install the pressure reducer valve. The cost is just average.

Hardy Plumbing came out the same day we inquired about installation. We had a 50 Gal Natural gas water heater installed. They charge by the hour plus parts. They were very courteous and professional. I inspected the job after they left and it looked to be very well done! The cost for the installation was very reasonable. I would definitely use them again for any other plumbing we need to have done and I will be recommending them to our friends and family members. We had a water heater installed last year by another plumbing company and it was more expensive and not nearly as well done. We were very disappointed in them. Thanks again to Hardy Plumbing for your excellent work and courteousness.

Both experiences were great. The plumbers who came out were very quick and professional. For the faucet, they had to come out twice since the first time they didn't have the style of faucet that would fit our sink. The faucet was fixed within a day of them being called, and the work came to $250, which we felt was very reasonable given the amount of time spent working on the problem and the quality of the replacement faucet. The second visit for the water heater went very well, too. The cost was fixed at $75 through the home warranty service. Despite us losing hot water on the night of 12/30, they came out first thing on 12/31 and had the water heater up and running before noon that day. We anticipate using this company for all of our plumbing needs from this point forward.

The company was punctual, gave a very detailed estimate of charges. They were very reasonable with cost as well.
