HARDY PLUMBING

David from Hardy Plumbing installed four new bathroom faucets for us today in two of our bathrooms. He did a great job, and they look and work fine. He identified a hose that had a leak and replaced it. It's unlikely we would have identified that on our own.

Wonderful. Plumber was extremely professional and efficient. Hardy is now my go to plumbing company.

He did a very good job. He did have to charge overtime as this was over the holiday weekend but he was very knowledgeable. He even came out in the rain and we would definitely use them again.

The service was wonderful.

It took a few weeks and contacting the owner of the company buy they finally got it all fixed. I paid up front and then I got a bill that was less than I paid, I still haven't gotten a refund or hard back from them. One team was the worst, one team was amazing. Guess it depends who you get if you get good service.

Joel reconfirmed the appointment that morning and was better than prompt. He confirmed the problem and carefully identified the source. While he and his colleague worked quickly, he explained everything he was doing. We were left confirdent that he had repaired the problems. The technicians were personable and professional. I will definitely use Hardy for any of my plumbing needs going forward.

They're always prompt. They're just on the ball. They put the pump in, but when the guy who actually does the irrigation came, he said they put it in the wrong spot, so they had to come back that time and move it. But when they had to come back and move it, there wasn't any additional charge. They're an A-plus. Even though they installed it in the wrong spot, they corrected it in a timely fashion. They were back out the next day to take care of it and respond. They were responsive and honest and friendly, and did a good job. They're good at what they do. They're excellent.

Most of the plumbing went well. There were a few problems that required being re-done. We have called twice since we moved in and they responded in a timely manner and fixed the problems.

They were excellent. And we will call HARDY PLUMBING again for anything else. The hot water heater was in the attic so they had to take one out of the attic and take another one up in the attic and it was wonderful. They were excellent, friendly, courteous, cleaned up after themselves.

The technician (David) arrived on time and completed the work quickly. The work was at the lowest end of the estimated range.

Excellent! We had to shut off water so they made it a priority to get to our home. Professional on the phone and both the gentlemen who handled the repair were knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. I asked them to check water pressure as we were concerned it was too high (it was), and they were also able to install a new pressure regulator. This saved from having to dig up the landscaping a second time. I would recommend these folks to anyone looking for reliable and affordable plumbing repairs!

It was a great experience. I would give them A's for everything. I don't have any complaints. I had hired them to replace a hot water heater about a year ago, and I was very satisfied with that so I called them again this year.

They've done a very good job over the years.

FANTASTIC! Donnie arrived quickly and diagnosed problem (crack in water line supplying water into the house) and fixed it. Absolutely thrilled with the professionalism and expertise in fixing this problem.

William was very personable, knowledgeable and did a great job. He cleaned up after himself which I am finding some workers do  not do. He also took time to answer my question about future work I wanted done and why I had rust in my toilet tanks ( I just moved to this area and bought this house)

It went very well. The plumber showed up on time and repaired the pipe in an hour and a half. He left the bathroom as clean as it was before. Very Courteous And Professional. Would Recommend Hardy's Plumbing in the future.

Went fantastic. Tech was at my house within 30 minutes of my initial call. Helped diagnose the issue then we discussed a hot water issue I was having. Very helpful and professional. Didn't try and sell me anything I didn't need. Will definitely use them in the future and recommend to my friends.

Way better than the other plumbers I've used in CSRA.  They are hourly, which is so much cheaper than a "flat rate" plumber.  I've had a lot of plumbing needs recently and used several others before finding Hardy Plumbing.  Job was done right the first time.  I needed after hours plumbing (which does come at a slightly higher rate) but was still about half of what the other "flat rate" plumbers were going to charge me.

He arrived on time. Looked at the problem (under the house). Left to buy a new drain and returned quickly. Replaced the shower drain. He was polite and courteous and I am confident he knew what he was doing.
