We have used Clear Focus (Alex) for 4 years now and the work is OUTSTANDING! Alex spent 4 hours cleaning our outside and inside windows on May 23 and the results, as usual, are terrific! This year's job was especially difficult because Alex had to remove considerable paint overspray from an exterior paint job we had last year after Alex had cleaned our windows. Our windows are always so clean that we have trouble believing that we are actually looking out windows! All we can say is, try Clear Focus and you won't believe the results and you will wonder why you haven't had them cleaned before! We will happily recommend Clear Focus to anyone requiring top notch window cleaning.

Steve was waiting until the snow/ice cleared so he could clean the gutters (needed it done last November when the leaves finished falling, but then it was too snowy and cold). He called as soon as the weather got better and did the job today. He worked a long time clearing the gutters and clearing the driveway, even though it was definitely not good weather conditions (rainy). Steve did a great job and is very experienced . Price is reasonable for the great job.

Excellent service. Prompt, professional, easy to deal with, very reasonable rates for service provided. New construction windows had construction glue and they worked to remove all residue. Cleaned windows by hand with strong attention to detail. Very pleased! Will use again.

they did a fine job with the cleaning and the price was good- the trouble is the owner's communication skills- he would not stop talking and interrupting long enough for me to ask a simple question, talked over me and was rude in his responses. it's too bad because they did a fine job

"She was telling me about other events happening in her life that she seemed very unhappy with, so I assured her we would do a great job, and we did. Her viewpoint of our conversation is an exaggeration and unfair. We did not do this job on the date she is saying we did it on November Seventh, and the price was only ninety nine dollars and not one hundred fifty as she says. I feel I am being blamed for other problems she is, or was, experiencing then, or now."

Steve is very conscientious and thorough. He allowed me to reschedule, even after arriving at my house, without any issues. Upon rescheduling, he did a fantastic job cleaning the gutters and roof. He then used the blower to blow the debris from my walkway and driveway. I would definitely hire Steve again.

He used a leaf blower to clean out my gutters, which I did not know about or approve. I expected for him to get gutters clean using his hands not a blower. He blew leaves in my yard and on my hedges. I was at home and confronted him about my displeasure with his service. He asked for my rake to clean up some of his mess, which I let him use. I was totally surprised at his service! I won't use him again! I am so glad I was home or he would have left leaves the way they were blown.

"I hand cleaned the gutter, she saw that I had a bucket and gloves on. I did use the leaf blower to get the loose debris off her roof because it was scattered all about her roof, I did not want it to go into her gutter and clog it after I left. I had notified her beforehand that I was coming and she said okay. When she came outside I was not completed with the job and she started complaining before even asking me any questions at all. My ladder was still up, gloves on, buckets still out, and I explained to her that I still had more work to do. I cleaned up the ground areas and plants to the point where they had less debris on them then when I arrived. When I finally was finished with the job her roof, gutters, and downspouts were perfectly cleaned, and the ground areas and plants cleaner then when I arrived to start the job. I did a good job and she is complaining about it."
