"I've been dealing with this company since the beginning of the year.1-5-25. This is the most unprofessional company to work with. From lack of communication, follow through, and completion of my project. I started with the first associate, was handed off to the next associate, given engineered plans that didn't even apply to the building I was installing, sent corrections that weren't correct, resent the plans that were incorrect and haven't received anything since. I was transferred to a manager, whom never contacted me until i contacted Rueben the so called supervisor. With his lack of follow through and Joann's inability to finalize my plans, I'm still waiting. I've reached out numerous times and still no contact from this so called professional firm. Many of the contractors on our team are second-generation, and they are experts in a wide variety of fields. Our extensive knowledge and experience of new construction, combined with our use of innovative tools and and high-quality materials, makes us an excellent choice for both new and seasoned homeowners.
"We wanted to expand our deck, which meant extending our roof as well. Other contractors reviewed the requirements and wouldn't touch it, not only did Georgia Restoration and Construction take on the job they did an awesome job. The extension added 210 sq ft. The job required framing/roofing/new pillars/new siding/painting, etc.. The GARCP team did a great job managing the various needed crews and the unusually high volume of local rain fall. No construction job is without a few flaws, the important thing is that the issue is acknowledged and corrected. The team did a great job solving all issues to our upmost satisfaction. Highly recommended in our book!"
