Alan is as professional and knowledgeable as it gets when it come to buying and selling homes. Once we made the decision to move Alan moved things along very quickly. First making sure our home was ready for sale. He walked through and made suggestions for repairs and upgrades that would maximize the dollar amount we could receive for our house. His knowledge of our neighborhood and community was a huge benefit for pricing the sale of our home. He was spot on with this as when the appraisal came through we realized we had left nothing on the table. Next was the negotiations of the purchase of our new home. Again his knowledge of what was on the market and the price of comparable homes helped our negotiations go smoothly. He advised us on purchasing a home warranty, getting the inspection and mostly understanding and reviewing of the inspection. His past knowledge and experience in the mortgage business helped us tremendously in understanding current rates and fees charged. We feel this whole process went smoothly and the results where exactly what we could have dreamed of because of Alan's assistance. We are now living in our dream home we were able to purchase for the price we could afford and sell our existing home for the price that we needed to get. In both instances leaving nothing on the table. We cannot give Alan enough praise and we will recommend him to anyone that is planning on making a move. He is simply the best!

He went above and beyond, and when we found a house that we wanted to put an offer in on, he made sure that we were protected in the sale of our North Carolina home as well as making sure that everything in our new home was repaired to our specifications before we closed.

I was impressed with Alan from the first time we spoke. He knew the area in which I was searching very well. That was very important to me - especially because I didn't. He was very responsive and always able to show me homes during times that worked with my schedule. When I sent late night messages anticipating a response in the morning, it was not uncommon to get a reply within minutes. He understood my needs, and I appreciated that he did not send me listings outside of my price range. Alan is knowledgeable, confident, sincere, patient, and extremely professional. Fantastic! We purchased the home very quickly as it was being taken for back taxes, and sold the home almost as quickly as my job moved to Vermont.

I meet Alan while looking online at houses, just prior to getting serious about purchasing a new home.  Our previous home was in a distressed development and a low-ball builder had come in and was building sub-$300K homes right alongside our $500K home.  Alan was extremely knowledgeable about not only the real estate profession but the mortgage industry as well as he has spent several years as a mortgage broker.  The combination of those two critical skill sets coupled with his excellent communication skills were a perfect match for me.  As I am very detailed and like to be very hands-on, Alan recognized that and tailored his interactions to match.

During tense moments while selling my house, Alan never got flustered, he was calm throughout the storm and weathered the low-ball offers.  He educated me throughout the process and provided excellent guidance on navigating the selling & subsequent purchasing process.

As a detail-oriented customer, I had high expectations of him and he exceeded them at every opportunity.  I had sold several homes prior to meeting Alan and those interactions were just 'necessary business transactions'; basically a means to an end.  What's different in this case is that Alan has become a close friend of our family...so much so, we have been bowling league teammates for the past two years!

Alan Daniel was an excellent real estate agent. He made himself available to me and was flexible with his schedule. He lived in the Gwinnett area and was familiar with the area. Overall he made buying my first house an easy and great experience! I refer him all the time and would use him again the future when we are ready to move again one day.

The property closing process took only 3 weeks.  What a way to go!  Alan took the time to listen to my concerns (and god knows I had many).  He listened very carefully and was never in a rush.  He answered all my questions honestly and with integrity.

It was great. We couldn't have gotten a better real estate agent. He was very professional. He was always on time. He was always dressed professionally. He was very patient with us. We looked at a few different types of homes, but he was there with us throughout the entire process.
