"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

It is beautiful now but it took forever.  We started in beginning on November, he took 4 months but told me 5 weeks. We were hoping to have it done mid December and it was not done until February. It is beautiful but should not have taken that long. They were all very friendly. He subcontracted out the plumbing and heating. All of his employees were very friendly and professional.

"2HireaHandyman is an outstanding company. So far I hired them to replace 8 door jams and seals, install new under counter lighting, install outside lighting and some minor drywall repair. Because their work was handled by competent carpenters and electrician I plan to call on 2hireaHandyman to take care of a few larger projects... replace screens in 24 windows, paint several rooms and possibly redo our master bathroom.
Only negative has been that the work in my home has been stretched out over several weeks because their highly skilled craftsmen are so in demand they have had to fit me in. I suspect that will not occur when I hire them for the three larger projects mentioned above.

"This is my first house so I'm new to hiring contract work. I needed to have a dryer vent installed, and an exterior door removed. David was my contact for Cedarwood, and was great and very communicative. He was upfront with how much everything would cost and was willing to work with our budget. The handyman that serviced my project is Jesus, and he was very courteous and professional. I was working in the house doing my own projects while he was working, and he even offered to grab the stuff I needed at Home Depot when he needed to get more supplies! Both of the projects were messy, and Jesus didn't leave any of it behind for me to deal with later, which I really appreciate. I couldn't have asked for better. Highly recommended. "Submitted the online request on Wednesday evening around 7:00 p.m. Immediately received the follow up email that they were finding a technician in the area to take the case. The following morning by 0900 a.m. I received a call stating they had found a technician and the company would call me. Tempco Heating and Air (serviced me for central air unit over the summer) responded that they wanted to come out as soon as I could have them out. Wife was home, they came out, we paid our $45 service fee (47 with tax?) and they diagnosed the problem (which I already knew what the issue was) and said they would submit their findings and get authorization from Choice Home Warranty. They approved it and the house was heated by the time I came home from work. No Mess, No Fuss Happy Wife/Happy Life. Thank you for the service. Side note: had another Home Warranty Service before Choice, service fee was double the amount, cost was over 50% more for Warranty. I originally called for a years quote, they offered a better price for multiple years. I ended up with a 6 year coverage for our duplex for $2500.00. Well worth the headache free service!!!"
