"They cleaned, inspected, and repaired the chimney from the fireplace in the living room. He put in a new damper, and a new insulated tube from the fireplace to the top of the chimney, a new cap. He sealed the tope plate and put new flashing around the chimney external base. The fireplace in the basement is in my wife's longarm quilting machine sales studio and the smoke from a fire would get into the quilts. We had to have this one blocked off and put in an electric fire set (disappointing). Waylon cleaned and then capped off the chimney at the top for this fireplace. He was very professional, friendly, thorough, and explained everything he was doing. He cleaned the inside and outside where he had worked so that you would never know he was even there. We liked him so much we had him do the chimney on our Airbnb cabin a few days later. We would definitely hire him again should we need any more work done, and will have him back for regular cleanings."

".the inspector,vann showed up on time..he explained every detail.cleaned and inspected my one chimney,also used camera with video monitor so we could view inside the chimney...he suggested my chimneycap was rusty and in need of crown seal or new custom cap..both were kind of expensive..i decided hold off and maybe get the seal later..vann did not have the inspection forms with him but i did get the inspection report thru email 2 days later...i was happy with the service"

"Devon and Casey were great, came out and took some measurements and were back within a few days to put the caps on. Unfortunately, the measurements were a bit off for one of the caps and they had to remanufacture it before they could install it. The guys were really awesome and came out on a Saturday so that the cap was installed before Tropical Storm Irma came through. They also took pictures of the installation so that I could see the work they did. Unfortunately for me, I found a few leaks along the chimney, post storm and at first I was concerned that maybe the flashing was damaged during the pan installation. Steve and the guys listen to my concerns and came back out to reinspect everything, which I really appreciated. They were completely willing to step up and take responsibility. Bad news for me was that the flashing wasn't properly sealed around the metal roof, Good news for them was that they did everything right. I would totally recommend these guys and if I have any more chimney needs, they'll be the first I call."

"Bryan Greenhaw provided me with excellent service. He rearranged my gas logs to let the gas line be exposed to more oxygen. It now provides a bigger flame and will no longer deposit any residue on the chimney walls. He also checked the gas line for leaks. Fortunately, there were none. He inspected the cap on our chimney and recommended that I have it sanded and repainted to lengthen it's life."
