They team was knowledgeable and knew what they were doing. They were on time and did their job very well and respected the property. There was no unnecessary upsell even when I asked if something needed to be changed. I plan to hire them each year to service our chimneys.

Kevin was recommended by another Chimney Sweep that could not get to me. He came out that day. I needed my chimney and fireplace insert cleaned. It had an awful smell. He was efficient and explained what he was doing. When he was finished no more smell, and cleaned up after himself. I would recommend him to anyone needing their fireplace cleaned, inspected and serviced.

Very fast and efficient. Clean up could of been more through after finishing my gutters. But I'd rather have to clean up than risk the possibility of my flowers getting squashed.

Kevin is excellent. His customer service with us was impeccable. He was a delight to work with and we feel confident about using our chimney again this winter. He had us watch the camera go up the flue linerand look around with him so could see for ourselves that there were no problems. We will use him again in a couple years!
