"Excellent Outstanding Highest quality of workmanship Aaron, Sean, and Austin worked together like a well oiled TEAM and finished a major job in one day involving multiple skills. The independent owner (Denise) has been in business 35 years and over a long holiday weekend, with July 4th falling on a holiday, was able to have her team diagnose my problem,get my parts shipped, had her team pick up and deliver from another town to my home, all in 4 days with a one day installation. I wish I had known about A-Advanced Chimney Services before wasting time on other companies. Denise at A-Advanced will be my first and only call for future projects."

"I would no recommend this company to anyone. They showed up 2 days later than promised. We were told there would be a $79 service call fee plus any parts that were needed to fix it, which we were good with. When the tech showed up and looked at the fireplace he said it needed to be troubleshooted and there was a loose wire causing it not to ignite. He quoted me $699 to repair it, I told him that I could buy a whole new fireplace insert for that price. He called his boss and said he could do it for $499. Long story short he cleaned it up, fixed the loose wire and was done in about 20 minutes. When I told him that the logs were not put back the right way he wanted to argue with me and said that I can re-arrange them however I wanted and he was done."

"We found what was needed to fix the chimney we were not able to afford it. But He said that if we gave him the trailer he would provided a discount. And we gave him the trailer and TOLD him to register the trailer. But he Never did. We trust him. And Next we received from the state of Georgia for a toying violation until March 2023. We sent the bookkeeper all the copies of the towing violation. HE WERE REALLY UNHAPPY! He did a good job for our chimney But that doesn't mean He treat his customer like these! We told Him to stop Driving it. But He keeps riding it! It was really Bad! You already cost us 125 hundreds dollar for this. AND I'M STILL WAITING FOR THE HUNDRED DOLLARS CHARGE FROM YOU THAT WE PAY REIMBURSE! The last towing violation came in recently from the state of Georgia collection agency and we have to pay that to protect our credit."

Crew responded that they did not have any masks and that no customer before me had ever asked them to wear a mask in their home. I then canceled appointment.
