"After reviewing the customers complaint, it seems the customers review is based on the fact we would not return to the customers house because he had accrued an outstanding balance of over $1000. We originally recommended replacing the customers current system that was 12+ years old and undersized but he continued to elect to have the system repaired. After he would not agree to pay his outstanding balance, we refused to return to repair or replace the system. We are sorry if the customer feels that we wronged him in anyway. SafeAire is a professional company that prides itself in being ethical and treating its customers with top quality customer service."
