"These guys are A-1 Additionally I had mentioned in passing that I was going to get the house painted. They gave me a quote and I also used them to paint my stucco house. They charged me $8700.00 What a deal , maybe because I had used them for the floors. Very polite / professional crew of 2. Started on time , stayed late if need be. Took them two and half weeks for painting, excellent job. Additionally the quote for $8700.00 was verbal beteen Eddie and I on a hand shake. The written quote was $9600.00 from Charles 3 days later. I called them and they honored the verbal quote. That pretty much says it all. "

However the craftsmanship of the carpenter was not very good, boards were rough cut and the gaps between the deck boards were inconsistent. Luis then stained the deck as promised, however this was too early to stain and the deck boards start seeping sap. It was unusable, we asked him to repair which he did, and they did a great job of fixing and re-staining the deck boards."
