They had to dig down about 2 feet to find the leak and had everything they needed on the truck to fix it with. After they were done the cleaned everything up and you can hardly tell they were there. "Dishwasher and ceiling fan service was wonderful. Garbage disposal is on its way, the shower fixture was a little messy and have to return 3 times to fix, pray its the last time. But not Choice Warranty's fault. Alittle pricey but allows you to pay them out."

"Communication on the front end was a little tricky - I would call him rather than use Angie's List to write to him. Overall we were exceptionally pleased. Great guy. Has a helper for 2-man work. Cost to do everything (including running around for components) was less than we were quoted for a basketball installation crew to show up and do the install after we did all the running around to get things ready for them. My son says the hoop is more sturdy than it ever was before."
