"The service technician was totally professional. He was on time and he called ahead of time to provide an estimated time of arrival. I was especially pleased that he wore protective gear to ensure that guidelines for Covid 19 were followed. This company was a third opinion for my repair. The cost was much less than I received from the previous company. Go with this company if you have heat and air problems."

"Our system was making a concerning sound so we called Climate Heroes and they scheduled someone to come out the very next day. The office staff was very empathetic, and we felt prioritized the whole time. Jose Castro is a fantastic technician. He was able to repair our air conditioning systems and even better, explained every detail of what he had done and why it needed to be done. "⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I want to start by highlighting the *above and beyond* service I received from Keep Smiling Heating & Air. In the midst of a brutal Atlanta heatwave, I called in a panic because my newer AC unit had suddenly stopped blowing cold air. From the first point of contact, the experience was incredibly professional and reassuring. I received a confirmation text, a follow-up call when the technician was in route, and even a text introduction with a picture and background info on the technician. Who does that? **Keep Smiling does.** Technician **Byron Solares** was exceptional—knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely empathetic. I explained that I have my elderly father with a breathing condition living with me, and Byron not only resolved the issue efficiently, but took the time to explain everything clearly. Thanks to his quick work, we’re resting comfortably tonight."

"The Clean Air team was extremely professional and friendly. They arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and did a thorough job cleaning my air ducts. Great service, fair price, and amazing results — highly recommended!"

"Mayel and The Comfort Gaurdians did an excellent job installing two split system units and replacing our home main HVAC system. Very pleased with their work and how easy it was to work with them. I’m a HVAC engineer so i’m sure i’m hard to please as a client but The Comfort Gaurdians were excellent and at a fair price!! Give them a call!"
