"We needed a full renovation of our bathroom in order to accommodate my wife who is physically handicapped and is unable to navigate over ANY barrier in the bathroom. I needed a bathroom that met her needs AND was designed appropriately for use by non-handicapped visitors. Charles from Charles Home Improvement came to the house and truly listened to my somewhat complex needs including a bathroom with no curbs, no shower doors, or walls. After meeting with him he gave me a bid which was most reasonable. The staff he hired to do the floor and wall tile, plumbing, counter tops, cabinets, and doors were very professional. The work was top quality. I enjoyed watching them work each day to accomplish the vision my wife and I had. With GREAT effort they completed the work ON TIME and ON BUDGET! A bathroom that is bright, modern, and completely ADA compliant .... and a bathroom that looks great! Charles Home Improvement is a wonderful company with great people. The prior company (nonstop plumbing) left the gas value open and did not adjust the pressure, so my pipes were making a bunch of noise. We tried to get nonstop plumbing to come back, but they stop answering the phone. My husband managed to stop the gas leak, but we needed someone to come out and fix the knocking noise. That is when we called AC Plumbing Solutions, LLC. They came out quickly and knew exactly what they were doing.
