The men came with prior call that they were on their way.  They were VERY PROFESSIONAL.  They removed the grass and dug to expose the tank after locating it.  They pumped the tank, pressure washed the entire tank, and the drain line all the way back to the house.  Cecil and two men working with him were polite, and extremely careful and did a super job.  If you need your septic cleaned, this is the company to call.  You might find one a little cheaper, but we guarantee they won't do as great a job as Davis Septic Tank Service did.  We highly recommend them.

Great job! Portion of the septic tank lid was under a rock wall. Was able to dig under that portion of the wall without it collapsing.

We had water flooding a storage room in our home and when we called a plumber were advised that it sounded like a septic problem. We were referred to Davis Septic by Arrowhead Plumbing and Keep Smiling Plumbing. They (Davis) originally said they could come in the afternoon as they were on their way to another job; however, they were in our area and they got permission from that customer to do our job first since we had an emergency. We are EXTREMELY grateful that they did this! We feel that they went above and beyond in doing this and it really shows their professionalism and dedication to customer service. Cecil was very professional and personable and explained everything to us and gave us tips. They were prompt and got the work done quickly and left little damage to the yard. We will only use Davis Septic for all of our future septic needs. We HIGHLY recommend them.

I called late afternoon on a Monday, in a panic, and they came out first thing the next day. They pumped the tank and solve the immediate problem, and gave an estimate for a work around solution. They did a very good job, did not destroy my yard or plants. There is only a small section of dirt where I will need new grass. They showed me and explained everything as they went along. I am confident this solution will work for many more years.

Completely satisfied by the work completed. Davis Septic arrived "early" and started digging up the lid to #1 tank. They pumped #1 and #2 tank and put everything back the way it was before they came. Very professional personnel and I would recommend them to anyone needing septic tank service.
