"They had to take out a portion of my front wall which was not planned on, and the conic quality of the concrete was not as good as I thought it should be they destroyed the brick wall that they said they would be able to save and I think they also damaged an additional plumbing line, which I’m going to have to have repaired But we did get the leaking stopped, which was the big part of the problem they had to dig up the entire front foundation down to the 8 foot footer and re-waterproof the wall put in a French drain system and a new drainage system for the gutter and a sump pump"

CGS Waterproofing sent a representative quickly to survey the damage and let us know what needed to be done. Nick seemed to be very knowledgeable and experienced in this type of work. An estimate from another company was considerably higher. After getting the 2nd estimate, we called the CGS rep. again (Nick) and asked him to clarify some things in his estimate. He came back out for a 2nd visit, and declined to take any compensation for the additional trip.
