Job started off well, until there were some questions about tree branch removal from neighbor's tree that extended onto property. Job was not completed as quoted; the guys said to call the office and get it adjusted for work not done. Office was not cooperative, contacted the owner via an e-mail that he sent out requesting comments; no responses. In the meantime, billing continues to send me reminders to pay for the full job. Seems kind of sloppy to me.

It was very good. It was not difficult job, but the work was impeccable. You will never have known that there was a job done and quick.

They have been very professional, offer good advice and I like they call ahead. Clean up is very good with them and Wil has always been excellent to work with.

The job itself was a little "challenging" because it happened in a thick forest with lots of under brush and trees that were very close to each other. The pine had to be tied off and then cut to less than 4 foot logs to get it out without affecting anything else. Giovani's crew did an excellent job. They arrived right on time. They were quick but efficient, and cleaned up the debris from both yards. John had arrived for the estimate the morning after I first called. He was quite knowledgeable and gave me a lot of free advice that I really appreciated (I think he is the owner...). I highly recommend this company and now know who to call if I have any other tree related problems!

I interviewed 8 tree companies before deciding on Northside. I'm so glad I did. These guys did a great job, punctual, professional and all for a very reasonable price. I write very few 5 star reviews but these guys 100% deserve it.

The crews came when they said they would and did the necessary work. The did a great job and left the area all cleaned up when they were done.

Service was great. The trees were in difficult areas to remove and the team did a great and safe job in getting them out. Price was also one of the lower quotes that I got so overall it was a great experience.

Northside Tree Professionals were wonderful! We received a quote from 4 tree professionals and Northside came in as very fair! I worked with Heather to schedule the time they would come out and had to call her a few times as I had a lot of questions. She was wonderful! Heather answered everything I asked and was patient with my many questions. I was very concerned about our neighbors' yard/house/fence as our oak tree mainly hovered over their property. Honestly, I had no reason to worry. The yard was cleaned up, the house was protected and the fence still stands! We came home from work while the tree was still being removed and the yard was filled with tree trunks, sawdust, and limbs. I stopped Will, the foreman, while he was working to ask questions. He took the time to answer everything and made me feel at ease. I couldn't believe that they were able to get all of this done in a few hours and my pool was spared. We have tons of trees in our yard and when it's time to remove the next one we will not hesitate to call Northside Tree Professionals. They are honest, prompt, fair and easy to communicate with. This was a great experience. Thank you Heather and Will for everything you did!

The Northside Tree team were professional, as always. They quickly and efficiently removed the tree and left the site perfectly clean. They did this job at the end of a very busy day of 90-plus degree temperatures but with such expediency that you would have thought it was their first job of the day!

This was our 2nd time using Northside and it was again fantastic. They actually showed up early and I wasn't home yet but they got started and were almost done by the time I got back. Everything was cleaned up perfectly and they were able to work with us on getting specific limbs taken down in order to provide our garden the right sunlight. I would definitely recommend them and I will for sure be using them on our next job!

They did an excellent job removing three trees next to two fences. Nothing was damaged and they completed their work and cleaned up everything in a very short period of time.

We had one large and three smaller trees removed from the corner of my back yard. The gentleman who came and provided the quote was on time and courteous. Northside's quote was around half the price of a quote from another company. After hiring them for the job, they called one morning stating they had an opening and could get my work done ahead of my scheduled date. They came out and completed the job efficiently. Other than my trees being gone, it was like they were never there. Absolutely no damage to my yard. When I called to make my payment they asked if I was completely satisfied with the work. The entire experience was professional and a good value. I would hire Northside again in a minute.

Excellent job, as usual! This is the 4th tree Northside Tree Professionals have cut down for me, ranging from 100ft to approximately 50ft trees, and Doug the superintendent and Pedro, the aerial artist in his 50's and their team have always done a phenomenal job. Safety is their top priority, protecting my house, power lines and their own crew. That's followed by incredible speed and spotless cleanup. And they're always on time on the day promised. Finally I'll say that every job was done at a very reasonable price. I've recommended Northside to a neighbor and I'll probably have other trees to come down and I wouldn't hire anybody else.

Doug and his crew were excellent in effectively removing brush and fallen trees and yard debris that was blocking the water's pathway. They were super professional and communicative.

I called setup for estimate to cut 3 trees which were within 40 feet of the house. The gentleman arrived on time and gave me an estimate. The price was excellent so I called and scheduled a time. They called and related they had an opening early if I wanted it. I accepted; I happened to be home that day. One of the trees was leaning towards our house and the 2 others were same height. They did an excellent job with trees that appeared over 100 ft. tall. A typical Atlanta neighborhood where neighbors homes are within 15 feet of each other. Not a single limb fell in a neighbors yard. It was remarkable to watch such a professional team work together. Wonderful clean up also. If not for the ground level stumps you would not know they were here. They even swept the road where the trucks were parked. Excellent job and a great price.

This was the first time we used Northside Tree Professionals and chose them based on all the good reviews. They were fantastic! The whole team was great to work with and made sure to take care with the fence that had to be removed and all the other plants around the large pine. They were even able to add on an additional tree the day they were here at a reasonable price. Cleanup was great and looked like no one had been there! I would definitely recommend them!

This is the second time that I have used them and they performed just like the first time. They arrived when they said they would, went to work and completed the job in a reasonable time and clean everything up after they were done.

Well. Arrived on time, prepared, in clean truck, with all necessary tooling. The foreman came to the door to announce himself and ask a couple of pertinent questions, then work was done, as agreed. This is the second time I have used this company and plan to use them again, if and when needed.

In all of our interactions with them they have done great work. They showed up when they said they would and did everything we needed done. They were able to help us decide how to address some of our tree issues, such as whether or not a tree was worth saving or was dead. They cleaned up our yard very well after the work was done. I would highly recommend their services.
