Tesla Tree Care

This experience has confirmed what I already know about humanity. And that their are geniune people/ companies out here to assist you with projects fairly and with expertise. Luis took away all of the stress that came along with my tree removals and trimming projects. Him and his team were amazing. Thank you to Luis and Tesla Tree Care for the wonderful work!! There was a total of two trees removed and trimming to another. The pictures attached were of the monster tree.

These guys were fantastic. They showed up quick to give me a quote, which was very competitive. They were able to get out ASAP and get my trees taken down with no problem. They were very communicative the entire time and did great work! I can't recommend them enough if you have any trees that need taken care of

Tesla/Luis quoted r project. We accepted his offer because he agreed 2 accept credit card & although he gave us a quote that was above our budget, he made promises to do certain work (that all other contractors stated up front they would not do). We requested Tesla to cut down 2 trees; grind 1 tree stump; remove a limb off a 3rd tree, remove a bunch of dead juniper shrubs; remove any roots/small stumps that had grown in the midst of the juniper shrubs; remove a group of small trees that had grown over time (which attracted a lot of wild vines growing everywhere and was very unsightly). Prior to starting the work, we texted Tesla what was agreed and requested he let us know the exact day the crew was to arrive. We wanted to be home to do a final walkthrough to ensure we were all on the same page. Mr. Luis ignored our request and had his crew come out the very next day (I was able to see them on my ring camera). So I called Luis and asked why he did not call us and he replied he forgot. (Dishonesty#1). When we got home that evening I noticed most of the work requested was done but not all (I was pleased with the work done thus far). So I walked around to review the work. The tree in the front was cut down OK. And someone came out and grind the stump (which was done well). The juniper shrubs were removed but the small stumps/roots had not been removed. The small trees and the wild vines were removed (which were good). Another tall tree in the back yard was cut down (which was good). Also, there was a tree in our back yard & our agreement was to only remove the limb from the tree. But his crew removed the entire tree. I did not say anything initially. I wanted to see if his crew would be back to remove the junipers small roots/stumps. After not hearing from Luis by the end of the week - I called and asked him about our project. He replies, in a very hesitant voice, ?oh, we are done with that project right?. I told him ?no? - his crew needed to come back and remove the small roots/stumps. He replied I did not tell you that we would do that (Dishonesty#2). I also informed him that a tree was cut down instead of removing the limb (he became defensive) saying that the tree was rotten. I believe his crew made a mistake & removed the wrong tree & he tried to cover up by saying it was rotten. After discussing this, he agreed to return to remove the small roots/stumps (this was only because I had not paid him and was not going to until all was done). A week later, we came home & most (not all) small roots stumps were removed. We accepted what was done and was ready to move on from this guy. A few days later he called and wanted to come get a check for payment. I said we agreed to pay crcard. He said I don?t recall telling u that (Dishonesty#3) - I only accept cash or check. We went back/forth with text msgs and he continued to deny accepting crcards. I told him I AM PAYING U WITH CRCARD OR WE CAN GO TO COURT AND LET A JUDGE DECIDE. Within 30 seconds he texted back saying ?OK I WILL BE THERE AT 3pm TO GET CRCARD PAYMENT). It?s amazing how quickly he can accept crcard. It even states on ANGI that he accepts crcard. A week LATER, after paying him, I see a truck come to my house. 2 guys start looking around my yard. They say Tesla sent them here 2 cut down a tree (I saw no tools & it seemed they were taking pictures). I call Luis and he says I did not send anyone to ur home (LIE#4). I told Tesla to stay away from my house. This man is very DISHONEST, I WILL NEVER USE HIM AGAIN. If anyone does work with this man, good luck (get all in writing up front and have him sign it). I know we all want to make money - BUT HAVE INTEGRITY for God sake. I have other tree projects & I may have considered him for the job - but this PATHOLOGICAL LIAR turns me away (he lies with a straight face). THE WORK PERFORMED BY THE CREW GETS A 4...

I did not think my little trees in the back would be damaged but they were. There is o e tree trunk that was not ground up. My yard was really beat up from trucks abs bobcat driving around. One day no one showed up and I was not notified.

Unfortunately, I can not hire The Tesla Tree Company. Only because my boyfriend is pinching pennies. Ugh. But hire the Tesla company.

Exceptionally knowledgeable about tree removal , 2 generations of experience , prompt follow up. All the staff was courteous.

We had a large oak tree which died on one of our narrow islands in the middle of the street in the Sherwood Forest neighborhood. Tesla did an excellent job of removing the tree and grinding the stump without disrupting the traffic flow around the island. They also left the island and its surroundings in pristine shape.
