Small jobs welcome

"I had another contractor to do the job and it was not complete. He had over tile the faucets in the tub and Chris had to chisel the tile from faucets in order for it to work."

"Mr. Scott and his workers were skilled, respectful and timely. They completely gutted our old garden tub, soiled carpeting, made the old shower into a closet and replace a old moldy vanity. They rebuild a shower from scratch with beautiful tile, replaced the flooring with gorgeous laminate, painted the entire bathroom, and replaced the vanity...our the bathroom is updated and gorgeous...everything looks great! Mr. Scott and his workers came in did their job in a prompt and professional manner. No complaints only praises for his professionalism. "This is the company that you want! Professional, on time, high-quality work. I hired them to fix the floor in my house that was damaged by the previous company. Do not use!, Georgia flooring and remodeling, Owned by Mr. Travis. Georgia flooring and remodeling is the opposite, shows up when they feel like it, uses underage teenage labor, uses ridiculous excuses, completely unsatisfactory,Damaged my floor Travis admitted to me that he does not know how to put down a professional finish, WTF"

"Kevin is a very knowledgeable contractor. He has completed several projects for me. Pictured is a remodel from an outdoor open patio to an enclosed sunroom that I love. He did everything from ceiling to tile to windows, walls, and siding. He has built custom cabinets for my awkward shaped pantry, repainted the outside of my 2300sq ft home and a outdoor 14x14 covered bbq area."

Quality over Quantity! I take pride in everything I build or replace, I don't cut corners and I don't like to be asked to cut corners, pride is in the Quality of work, not quantity.

Ceramic Tile questions, answered by experts

The underlayment determines a ceramic tile’s sturdiness, and a cement board or backer board works best. Be sure to tape the joints when using these materials, and consider laying it on top of a layer of thin-set for more stability.

The best trowel for penny tile is a 3/16-inch-by-5/32-inch V-notch trowel. Because of the small size of the penny tile, you want a trowel with small notches that can lay a thin layer of mortar on the surface you’re tiling. If the notches are too wide, you risk applying too thick of a layer of mortar, and it can squeeze out between the penny tiles.

Professionals can enhance bathroom aesthetics by recommending and implementing design elements such as modern fixtures, high-quality tiles, and efficient layouts. They ensure cohesive style, compliment functionality, and an enhanced visual appeal in the space.

Porcelain is a relatively affordable, mid-range countertop material. It typically costs between $50 to $70 per square foot.

Compared to quartz, porcelain is slightly more affordable, as quartz generally ranges from $50 to $200 per square foot. However, lower-quality, builder's grade quartz can be similar in price to porcelain.

Compared to granite, the price can be similar, depending on the quality of the stone. While granite slabs can range from $50 to $200 per square foot, you can find lower-end granite in the same price range as porcelain. High-end granites will cost significantly more.

Porcelain is generally more expensive than laminate, acrylic, and ceramic, but less expensive than high-end slate, concrete, and marble. A key benefit is that porcelain does not require sealing, which reduces long-term maintenance costs.

It’s not a good idea to lay tile and grout on the same day. The adhesive or thin-set that sticks the tiles to the surface needs plenty of time to dry before you can grout. Wait for 24 to 48 hours, depending on moisture levels in the space. The tiles can become misaligned and more prone to damage if you don’t wait.
