We hired VersaTile to replace the grout and caulk in our primary bathroom shower. Our house was built in 2001 and the shower has seen better days. We love the tile in our shower and chose to replace the grout and caulk in lieu of replacing the whole shower with new tiles. I contacted Chris at VersaTile and sent him photos and scheduled an appointment for him to inspect our shower. Chris inspected our shower on a Sunday and gave us a fair price to do the job. He also checked to see if there was a possible water pan leak, which fortunately, there was not. He said that he could do the job on Tuesday. We hired him on the spot. He arrived at 9:00 that morning and completed the job within 6 hours. The shower came out gorgeous. It looks brand new, just like the day when we moved in. Chris is a perfectionist and worked continuously until the job was done. I highly recommend Chris at VersaTile and will use him for other projects in the future.

Chris expertly repaired shower tiles and floor perimeter from mildew and damage. The shower looks like new with fresh grouting/caulking . I am well pleased with his work and courteous demeanor.. Recommended for any tiling needs.

Chris did a fantastic job on our bathroom tile project. He laid down drop cloths and construction paper to make sure our house didn’t get too dirty in the process of doing a project like this. He communicated with us during the whole project, advising on any challenges along the way and discussing solutions when appropriate. We would work with him again in the future.

I had another contractor to do the job and it was not complete. He had over tile the faucets in the tub and Chris had to chisel the tile from faucets in order for it to work.

We have used VersaTile a few times and it has always been an exceptional experience. Chris is highly experienced and very personable. We were in the middle of a bathroom remodeling project in which another tiling company could not finish the tiling work they had already started due to unfamiliarity with the materials and circumstances. One call to VersaTile, Chris arrived the next morning for a free quote and was capable of starting immediately the following morning. The finished product came out a lot better than anticipated and in a timely fashion. We would HIGHLY recommend VersaTile to all family, friends and businesses.

Stuck to the quoted price clearly explained what the work would be that needed to get done and then did it on the exact date/time that was scheduled for. We had 2 bathrooms that needed some TLC. Tile repair, grout cleaning and caulking in the bath areas. For the same approx price ranges I got from the various providers, Chris's quote included steam-cleaning of the tiles in one of the bathrooms. I was a bit skeptical whether the steam cleaning would make a difference but went ahead with his quote anyway. After a couple of delays in the scheduled start of the job (which Chris notified me in advance), Chris got the job done. The steam cleaning was a 50% success and Chris was the first to acknowledge it. The problem was there were 2 different-colored grouts on the tiles. They just looked dirty. I gave him one less star for the lack of any clean-up after completing the job; otherwise, Chris was professional and did a fine job given the circumstances.
