You keep raising our goals so we bring the company in more money but no matter what we still make the same amount. If our goal is 30k and we hit 100% to goal we still make the same amount as if our goal is 50k and hit 100% to goal. We are working harder and bringing in the company more money but are not making more. It is not motivating.

They moved a heavy chest of drawers up a steep basement stairs, and moved a desk for me from the garage to the second story of the home. I was not comfortable negotiating a price for the extra work, but they left it up to me to make an offer. They accepted my second offer (the first wasn't high enough) but I was unsure that was a good or fair price. I have little experience paying moving fees, so I had to guess. I think it would be wise to first establish a price for all the services you want to have done. They were most agreeable about anything I wanted done, even changing some light bulbs in a 20 ft ceiling. They were efficient and professional. I would not hesitate to use them again.
