However, after the experience that I had with their team I will be utilizing them for all of my future needs. The dispatch and scheduling office were pleasant and professional as well as never having to be on hold for (not exxaggerating) more than a minute. From then on they maintained communication with me via text and email so that I was never left in the dark. Jonathan was right on time, very thorough and knowledgeable, checking to make sure that everything was back in order before ever mentioning payment. This is the kind of service that you need from an already stressful situation and is my primary reason for recommending these guys. Turns out the house has a blue ploy line which was discontinued a while back for constant leaks. Bad luck for me that I missed the recall window but I know for **** sure what team I trust to replace my mainline. It's a long stretch of yard that they will have to trench to get the line put in with several ways that it could go wrong which affects my estimate but after enough experiences with other companies I know that you get what you pay for and your fresh running water is not something to attempt the cheap way. Even with that, they applied the cost of my mainline repair to the replacement which put my total damage at around 4500 clams. If you have to drop that kindof cheddar on your home maintenance youre gonna need the assurances that come with a company that goes above and beyond to earn your continued business and that is what I felt with Casteel. TLDR; they make at least one thing on your "to do" list simple and as pleasant as possible."

"They told us "Our dispatch fee to come out is $39 and we waive that towards any work or repairs, including diagnostics." The electrician went to check and stayed at the property for less than 5 mins after confirmation to do full diagnostic of the electrical system. I don't think less than 5 mins is enough to run a full diagnostic and later on advise to upgrade the whole panel."

"Well, the markings for all utilities were taken, but these guys still decided to bring a bobcat, without hesitation as to what could be in the ground, tore up my sprinklers. Common sense, a shovel should have been used for the first few minutes to determine if any wires, pipes (which isn't ideal location) was next to the tank. I was in a meeting, if only the meeting wasn't taken place, i would have stopped them from using a bobcat to rip into the ground without first carefully checking what's near. There are two pvc pipes sticking out of the ground with no purpose, maybe other than to warn something is near the tank. First these guys thought it was my main water line, with all the water pouring out! Thank goodness it wasn't. Then one of the guys explained my septic tank was between my ranch fence and wanted to get his sledgehammer to break the fence. Mind you, I took the fence down or gate in 25 minutes. End, cost me $2500 for the risers, and will cost Me another $1000 for the sprinklers! To management, ry and get your guys to care a bit more about your potential customers property! I'm not sure why all the positive ratings on Google, but I can't help wondering if there's something ? about my house hold that is different!"

Eric and his team put in a dry creek bed, which solved the problem. Having dealt with a number of landscape companies, I don't think I ever hired one more impressive than Nesbitt. Eric was cordial and professional,.. a pleasure to work with."

"We hired Blue Ribbon Landscape and tree removal because of the reviews we saw on Angi's list or Angi. Blue Ribbon quoted 4 days, and we are going on a month and a half. I understand the amount of rain we had did hinder the start of the project, and there were days it rained too hard to come out and work, but on the days that were sunny and it didn't rain, they didn't show up consistently. They did pull up all of the grass, border, bushes, and stepping stones. They graded our yard and took out the Berm that kept the water from running toward our house. This caused a huge drainage problem. They made the drainage problem worse than what it was. Blue Ribbon has broken our irrigation system, they've pulled up and discarded our centricom termite system in the back yard, they removed bushes that weren't supposed to be removed, they did not lay the zoysia correctly. It's bumpy and not rolled properly. They didn't shape the zoysia, they just left it zigzagged, choppy and pieced together. There has been little to no communication with the Project Manager, Rolando. He ignores our calls and texts. I asked for a border to be installed to separate the mulch from the grass, that didn't happen. I also asked for border along both sides of the side walk. That also didn't happen. They also took stepping stones that are mine, from the house. To say we are extremely disappointed in the quality of work is an understatement. I thought Angi was a verified home improvement service, clearly Angi did not verify Blue Ribbons qualifications. The people that showed up and did the work did not know what they were doing. These are amateurs! not professional whatsoever!"

"Fantastic service! We have a nice sodded lawn over the septic tank. They precisely located the access cover and hand-dug a hole only about 2' in diameter, taking very good care to preserve the sod as they started. All done in under 2 hours and we have only a small mound in the grass where the dirt should settle back down in a few months. If we need septic service again, our first and only call with be to A. Bailey. And, they are veterans and active duty in the Army reserves. I'm happy to help support our service members."
