Although Angie?s List listed it as a small appliance install, the job turned out to be more complex. When I arrived, your washer was already installed, and I completed the dryer installation. A couple of days later, you mentioned water leaking onto the floor. When I came back to check, I found the washer drain hose was too short and kept popping out due to water pressure. I secured it for you with zip ties to help prevent that from happening again."
